We want to create LinkedIn Carousel Ads via Hubspot with forms being optional. Rationale: 1. Carousel Ads have proven more effective in our A/B testing 2. We want to understand what messaging leads to what behavior. i.e. We want them to see the Ad, go to a landing page and purchase a product. A gating item like the required form is prohibitive in this context. We are currently using UTM links in our LinkedIn ads to our landing page to determine which group responds

Replying in Conversations works well on the mobile app now. However, its painful not being able to Add a comment in Conversations as well.

It would be great to have the ability to create blog posts translations through the API as this would allow to migrate blog content programatically. In fact, the new/beta API actually documents the necessary fields as if they were available for use. This make matters worse as it gives developers the impression that the feature should be easily available.

Use case: We work with various freelancers to manage our social media. We also have those freelancers managing the marketing manager and C-levels business accounts (LI, Twitter). We want to be able to have them comment on a post in the social media planner so they can approve it, but also ask for changes and add comments.

Our organisation is made up of various companies & we would find it useful if there was an option to have a different unsubcribe page for each brand. The idea to have a fully branded subscription preference & unsubscribe page for each company instead of the one generic page would allow us skin each one to look like the actual companies website & avoid any confusion when someone goes to subscribe from company 'B' but sees a landing page for company 'A'.

Let's say you wanted to use HubSpot to build an intranet. Having private pages, a private site, a private blog, or a private subdomain that can only be accessed by registered employees is possible. Now what if you wanted to use Okta SSO? Currently, Okta SSO only works to sign in users to the backend of HubSpot. I'd like to see HubSpot create an option to use Okta to login to private content for accounts that are not users of the HubSpot tools themselves. Basically, an employee can use Okta SSO to login to view private content even though they're not a HubSpot user.

Pop-up forms are not provided out-of-the-box in Hubspot as of now. I wanted to know if this can be provided as a standard feature, so you don't require extensive knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, or have to depend on your developer team to implement it. I've been using a pop-up form on my website for over 2 years, which is a standard, OOTB functionality in Mailchimp (See image below). This allows me to showcase a form only when visitors take a proactive action, like clicking a CTA, and saves me real estate (and the visitor the effort of having to navigate away from the page). Now that I want to migrate all of this to Hubspot, I'm having to go through multiple lines of code (HTML, CSS, Javascript files) that I have no understanding of. Considering this is a functionality offered by tools that are sold at a fraction of the cost compared to Hubspot, I was wondering why this can't be added as a standard.

In Contacts, when you create a Note and @mention someone, it sends a notification by email (based on user settings) that includes the contents of the note. There is a new functionality to Comment on an existing Note which allows for a record of communication regarding that subject to be captured. Previously, if you wanted to group notes, our users would edit the notes even if they didn't create them which led to a lot of doubling up on @mentions. This functionality has a very generic notification that needs to be improved to make the Comments tool as useful as the Notes tool. 1. The notification only triggers if you @mention someone in the comment. If this is treated like a conversation, the comments should automatically notify those originally mentioned. 2. The notification email is generic, it simply states that another user mentioned you on a comment for that contact. Unlike a Note, you can't read the information without going to the contact record. Some Notes/Comments are FYIs to management, which makes it frustrating that Comment notifications are different from Notes. 3. Include an option to Follow a thread of Notes/Comments which would allow you to get updates for a specific Note/Comment (similar to the notification for Following deal stage updates). Comments provide a great opportunity to communicate with your team,
