I recently saw a pop-up feature on Docutech's Blog: 13 Things to Start, Stop & Keep Doing With Your Email Marketing in 2018. The Pop-Up did not require a form but rather re-directed to a landing page. I would love to have this as a feature in HubSpot either as a CTA Option or via the Lead Flows Tool. It would allow marketing to quickly notify visitors of new content while also asking more detailed questions for lead routing purposes.  ...read more

It would be very useful if Enterprise customers that are hosting multiple domains could have more than one active email preferences page. If the domains are completely unrelated and a contact is subscribed to one domain, why do they have to see all active email types from the portal? Why not just one domain? ...read more

This is probably the most annoying thing about this application.   When in Deals and looking at a specific Deal,  the timeline shows everything including items that have NO RELEVANCE to the deal.   The deal name is a specific name within the database.  Should be a simple thing to add a filter that says Deal Only.    This would be a clean and simple method of seeing only activity related to the deal. ...read more

We really need a simple way to report on the time to first contact for our MQLs. Ie. how quickly are they being contacted after they become an MQL, also known as lead response time.   This could be really useful as part of the Sales Reporting with the option to build a report based on time to first contact (in minutes/hours/days) with the flexibility to select when to count from. E.g. from "became a Marketing Qualified Lead" time or from "Created" time or from "submitted X form" time.   One should then be able to build reports like: - new MQLs not touched within the 1 hour of conversion (which is suggested best practice in Mark Roberge's excellent book) ...read more

We frequently need to get in touch with the primary contact at one of our customers. In HubSpot, there is no way to identify who this is among the many contacts we have in HS for that organization.   Even HubSpot recognizes the importance of this for your own use, as our Account & Billing page includes a required drop-down field for HubSpot primary point of contact.  Ironic, huh?   Please add a new Company field type, which would allow us to pick from a list of contacts at that Company. This could either be a dedicated Point of Contact field or perhaps just a more generic field that lets you pick from a list of contacts (I'd probably do the latter).     ...read more

Our organisation is made up of various companies & we would find it useful if there was an option to have a different unsubcribe page for each brand. The idea to have a fully branded subscription preference & unsubscribe page for each company instead of the one generic page would allow us skin each one to look like the actual companies website & avoid any confusion when someone goes to subscribe from company 'B' but sees a landing page for company 'A'. ...read more
