As of Aug. 21, the beta for multi-step forms currently allows users to click "next" on each step regardless of whether or not they have completed the required fields.    This causes a couple of obvious issues:    1) If they get to the end of multiple steps but have missed a required field, they have to hit "back" through each step until navigating back to the missed field    2) If you have property logic included (i.e. skip to step 3) but they don't complete the required field with this logic, then hitting "next" will not trigger this logic and they will go to Step 2.    Desired functionality: I believe the required field check should be triggered at each step and flagged when clicking "next" and prevent nagivation to the next step.  ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

We have 3 email addresses connected to our Help Desk - one is default and the others are used for specific cases. However, HubSpot is showing them alphabetically when responding to a customer (i.e. every time we need to click and choose our default before ending the email). Can there be a way to choose what is the default sending address, and switch to others manually only when needed?  ...read more

After briefly playing around with the open beta Help Desk funcationality, I wanted to submit an idea for a use case that neither the current Inbox nor the new Help Desk seem to work with.   Currently all of our internal communication that happens on a ticket happens via Notes on the ticket. These notes are only accessible when opening the ticket and going through the activity, or specifically the notes.   In the old Inbox, you can also add Comments, which our team also do. However, we have noticed that Comments and Notes seem to fulfil a similar purpose, but are at odds with one another. If I leave a comment on a conversation that is associated to a ticket, then I am not able to see that comment when viewing the ticket. Similarly, if I leave a note on the ticket, I am not able to see that note on the Inbox conversation.   I had hoped that the Help Desk might do something to unify this experience, as it seems to be being pushed as a way to manage the support process all in one place. However, this still seems to be an issue. I can't see Help Desk comments on a ticket, nor Ticket notes on a help desk conversation.   My idea to unify this would be to do one of two things: 1. Show Ticket Notes on Inbox/Help Desk Conversations, and Inbox/Help Desk Comments on Ticket Activity When a note is associated to a ticket, and that ticket is associated to a conversation, also show that note in the conversation at the same timestamp the note was created at. Note-comments (comments made on the ticket note) should also show in the conversation-comments, either as their own entries or like they currently do, under the note. Similarly, when a comment is made on a conversation, and a ticket is associated to that conversation, show that comment on the ticket activity as it's own entry at the timestamp it was made at. or 2. Unify Ticket Notes and Inbox/Help Desk Comments Instead of showing a note on a conversation, and a comment on a ticket, get rid of one (e.g. keep notes, get rid of comments) and have a single source that shows on all associated records. The UI look and feel could be the same, but now when I leave a "comment" on a conversation, that is actually a note that is associated to records that conversation is associated to. I can interact with that note on the conversation, or on the ticket, or the contact, or anything, and that interaction will sync across all records.   Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? This would be aimed at the support teams who work closely with Tickets and the Inbox/Help Desk.   What is their goal? Communicate on tickets and have those communications be consistent and visible across HubSpot   What value will this add? This will allow the support team to stay in one place. Whether the Help Desk or the Ticket, the person will be able to see all commincations without needing to search around. This will also make Comments more visible, as currently the only way to see a comment on a conversation is to navigate to the Inbox/Help Desk and scroll to when the comment was made.   Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? The notes on all HubSpot records work great for their purpose. They just fall short specifically on conversations, which is an issue when conversations and tickets are so closely linked together. ...read more

Currently, there's no way to move workflows, propertities, or other items FROM a sandbox enviornment to our Production account. There needs to be an easier way to do this instead of recreating. ...read more

Hello! I would love to have the option to bulk remove associations.    For example, let's say that some contacts were accidentally bulk associated to the Company A but I wanted them to be in Company B. What I can do is bulk associate the contacts to Company B but I'd have to individually remove the associations to Company A.    It would be great to either automate this or have a way to do this in bulk to streamline my workflow. ...read more

I frequently put together resources that I want to send out and make sure that our clients receive it. I also use sequences to send emails to our team internally so that I can track opens & engagement within the team.  I think it would be helpful to be able to turn off the 'automatic unenrollment' once someone replies, because I'd still like the contact to receive all subsequent communications.  ...read more
