A new option has been added to add business whatsapp to Hubspot. A nice option. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an automatic reply when someone sends us a message. Most companies reply something like, "thanks for your message. We will reply to you as soon as possible'. Maybe someone has already come up with a workaround but we haven't managed it yet.

USE CASE: We use a custom property to identity when a contact is known to be a dead lead. However, many of these contacts have pending tasks associated which are no longer applicable once a contact is dead. PROPOSED FUNCTIONALITY: Add a feature to workflows which would allow changing the status of a task or deleting it. Basically this would be just the opposite of creating a task from a workflow ... but perhaps a bit more complex to implement . Currently workflows auto create many tasks which now no long are applicable and must be manually deleted.

I know Champion points are assigned at certain times, and you won't see immediate credit for the things you've recently done. But it's really really hard to know where we stand, when we don't have a clear way to see our current point status except in the monthly email. We need something like "points earned this [month, quarter, year, forever]" easily visible in our Community account. In our profile dropdown, or on the page. And not having to dig for it. Also, "Potential points pending review" would be great along with it, pulling from the comment sections where we post that we did something. No, not all of the comments are actions that would result in points. Thus "pending review."

An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've received it. We've chosen not to use the ticket auto creation feature from conversations because we were finding that when customers replied about a ticket, it created a new one. (Meaning multiple tickets for the same issue). However, this means that out of hours, the customer doesn't get any response when they email us, because a ticket doesn't get created. An autoresponder on the conversations mailbox would be really helpful to acknowledge the enquiry. We can't use the mailbox itself (Gmail) as this only sends autoresponses to an individual every 4 days, not to every message.

At the moment it's not possible to insert tables in the drag and drop email editor. Even if we paste table HTML in the source code, it gets stripped away when we save it. Current workarounds include: Add a screenshot of the table instead: However if the email client is blocking images, this information will not show up Use a custom module with a HTML table: This means that for every table I want to insert in my emails, I need to create a new module Being able to add tables to drag and drop emails will be a really useful feature to have for those want the flexibility of DnD, but still want to structure their information clearly.

The team calendar should allow every member to customized their available time slots. In another words have the option for default availbility to overwrite customized availbility. This is because if i am looking to implement a 24 hours meeting link (i.e Customized availability is set to all day). If one of my colleagues are seated in the States while I am seated in Singapore, their 12pm is my 12am. However due to the customized availability overwriting the default availability ---> if my colleague is not available at 12pm and I did not block off myself at 12am in my Google calendar, it will identify me as available and have the option available for selection in my meeting link. This resulted in me having to block off every day when I am off work in my google calendar and it becomes really cluttered. It will be helpful if we have a feature to block off the timing that we are off work.
