Hi HubSpot Community,   I'm writing to share some thoughts and suggestions regarding the new Case Study Beta feature. While it's a fantastic step forward, there are a few areas where I believe it could be further improved to provide users with even more flexibility and customization options.   Current Limitations:   Limited Listing Page Customization: The current listing page customization options, particularly around tag filtering, feel somewhat restrictive. Being able to create more granular filters and sorting options would significantly enhance the user experience and meet more business needs.   Lack of Child Theme: The inability to create a child theme specifically for case studies limits our ability to fully align the design with the rest of our website.    No Multilingual Variations: As with HubSpot's blog feature, the ability to create multilingual variations of case studies would be invaluable for global businesses.   Header and Footer Customization: While there are some options for customizing the header and footer, they are quite limited. This often leads to design inconsistencies across the website, as the header and footer don't match the overall site design.  Proposed Enhancements: Expand Listing Page Customization: Allow for more granular tag filtering and sorting options. (e.g., filter by solution and case study type; sort by date, popularity or custom field) Provide additional layout options for the listing page. (e.g., grid view or card view) Introduce a Child Theme Option: Enable users to create custom child themes for case studies, allowing for greater design flexibility and alignment with the overall website. (e.g. customize sections, fonts, and add new modules) Support for Multilingual Variations: Implement a similar system to the blog feature, allowing users to create different language versions of their case studies. (e.g. create a Italian version of a case study targeting the Italian market) Enhance Header and Footer Customization: Provide more flexibility in customizing the header and footer, including the ability to use custom CSS. (e.g. have more styling options for the menu items) I believe that by addressing these limitations, HubSpot can create a truly powerful and customizable case study tool.    What are your thoughts on these suggestions? Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

HubSpot auto creates a contact for anyone that emails in - or is cc'd into a reply in conversations. For some customers who manage through support, this will mean a large number of contacts can enter the database. The only way to prevent this at the moment is by setting filtering rules, as all filtered emails do not create contacts. There is a use case from a customer in this post [Hyperlink removed by moderator as it linked to an archived Community post with duplicate information]   This is a request to build a "Create contact" rule giving us the option to disable automtically creating contacts for people we communicate with in Conversations.   ...read more

Hello! I would love to have the option to bulk remove associations.    For example, let's say that some contacts were accidentally bulk associated to the Company A but I wanted them to be in Company B. What I can do is bulk associate the contacts to Company B but I'd have to individually remove the associations to Company A.    It would be great to either automate this or have a way to do this in bulk to streamline my workflow. ...read more

The new auto-formatting and validation feature for phone numbers is a step in the right direction.   However, the current integration seems to be missing the mark with regard to user experience. I was unable to find any articles or posts in the Help Center announcing the new auto-formatting feature. The only Knowlege Base article that pops up when searching "phone number validation" is a detailed breakdown of editing default contact properties, and then there is only a reference to the validation and formatting being applied "automatically by Hubspot based on the country code."   This feature is certainly a step in the right direction, but several improvements are needed to improve the user experience and make the feature more functional overall (noting that recent comments on an "old" idea thread are already being discussed here; skip to page 7).   Suggested improvements include:   Global Setting to Enable/Disable auto-formatting at the account level - currently, the feature is enabled by default with no disable setting available Global Setting to assign a default Country Code - currently, the Country Code must be selected manually for every new contact (see screenshot below) Bulk edit phone numbers to apply Country Code format & validation -- currently, only able to apply formatting & validation when editing one individual contact at a time OR when adding to new contacts manually added (not via web forms -- this is needed, too) Retain "number only" format for export and/or sync to other apps or integrations to remove non-number characters (parentheses, plus sign, spaces) Default behavior of phone number formatting & validation when creating a new contact:     There are likely other enhancements that other users, especially those not based in the US, would appreciate. ...read more

In addition to adding general content through the help center, landing pages, websites, blogs, and other channels, it would be highly beneficial to include tailored content. This could involve creating specific questions and answers or addressing relevant contexts to cater to particular user inquiries. For example, having content that directly addresses niche concerns or frequently asked questions would significantly improve the user experience and make the system more efficient. Moreover, having a dedicated platform or space to train the AI would be invaluable. This would allow us to continuously improve the AI's accuracy and relevance by feeding it new data, refining responses, and adapting to evolving user needs. Our team is needing a way to limit which units a particular user or team is assigned to. For example, if we have a team member who does support for one of our units and not another, I need to find a way to limit their access only to the unit they support.   Ideally, we'd be able to create roles for units and assign them to users based on which team they're a part of at our organization.   I'm not seeing any work-arounds for this, or any way to assign a user to a particular unit, which is somewhat disappointing and defeats the purpose of much of what we needed business units for. ...read more
