I would love to be able to add in the new association labels using a workflow - rather than needing to do this manually. this would enable businesses who have contact A who makes a booking and Contacts B, C, D etc who attend a course or an event flagged as attendees. so a business knows which are valuable contacts.   It would also be helpful to be able to use a workflow to send different communications to clients based on their association tag. ...read more

We are using CMS Enterprise more and more to build out extensions and custom CRM experiences on top of HubSpot.   e.g. Advanced wizard style quote, advanced other content.   However, when linking to CMS Enterprise Membership restricted content the login will not work in the iframe overlay when opening these pages from a custom right-hand CRM card.   Meaning we have to do additional workarounds to open these pages in a new window, resulting in additional clicks for our users. ...read more

Would love the ability from within at least the Sales side of things to automatically map/populate Deal Properties from a Contact's properties. We came over from Salesforce where this could be done in conversion, and this is definitely an area we miss having & would make life MUCH smoother for our staff upon creating deals. ...read more

I'm in the process of setting up calculated properties to use the new "time between" feature in reporting, and realized that, in the 'time between' calculations for properties, I'd like to have access to the option 'today,' which would be a dynamic date set as the value of today's date. That would allow me to track dynamically how long has it been since a deal has been created ('today' minus 'create date' = how far along we are in the sales cycle up till now).  ...read more

Some customers have alternative billing situations for their products that do not fit within our current billing frequency options below. We are heavy users of custom objects and use these for a variety of reasons. However there is key core functionality missing   Association of Tasks  On a custom object you can create tasks and associate them to the custom object from within the record. However when you click on the task from the task view it says there are no associations as seen below, however if a view the task on the custom object is is associated. This means to click through on a task associated to a custom object you need to also associate it to a contact or company record. This feels like an oversight rather than by design?    Filter Custom Objects  When on a normal object i.e. company or contact, the associations on the right hand side will have a 'view all' button allowing you to see all contacts at a company in a filtered table view. When on a custom object that option isnt present. Instead you can 'view more' this just expands the list of options but does not take you to a filtered table view. We sometimes have many companies associated to a custom object this makes it incredibley hard for user to navigate. See below:   Ordering of Custom Objects  For all core objects (contacts, companies) associations are listed by the order in which they were created, however for custom objects this is alphabetically. There currently are no settings to change this, this means key recent information will be lost when viewing from a company record for example as users will just see it in alphabetical order. Could this setting be added to change how associated recorded are ordered.
