We are using CMS Enterprise more and more to build out extensions and custom CRM experiences on top of HubSpot.   e.g. Advanced wizard style quote, advanced other content.   However, when linking to CMS Enterprise Membership restricted content the login will not work in the iframe overlay when opening these pages from a custom right-hand CRM card.   Meaning we have to do additional workarounds to open these pages in a new window, resulting in additional clicks for our users. ...read more

There needs to be an option for credit card payment fees to be passed onto the customer.  We would like to offer credit card payments as a option but want to be able to notify the customer that if they use a cc then there is a fee attached.  And the fee needs to be automated as part of the payment.   ...read more

One of the biggest reasons people come to HubSpot is for help in their reporting needs. HubSpot Report Library is a phenomenal resource, however, I have always felt there is one massive flaw: so many of the reports in the library do not provide a preview of what the report CAN look like.   So often this is what you see:     The reason of course makes sense because after all, the data doesn't currently exist within the portal to be able to provide a visual of the report. That's why we'll often see some of the templates auto-filled with our information, while others remain blank.   Why is this a problem? Many people are coming to HubSpot for help, because they may not even know what industry best practices look like for reporting, or what types of options are out there for them. Often it takes us seeing something for us to understand that this is what we want and/or need.   The issue though, is how will we know: Which report might be the answer to our reporting need? What data is needed to be able to create this report? Currently, neither is very clear.   How can this be fixed? I think the fix could potentially be pretty simple. What if instead of getting this well-known error message:     We were provided with an example image of what the report could look like? It could then give us the inspiration we need to make sure we get the right data into HubSpot to be able to recreate this report.   Obstacle and Suggested Solution I understand that it could get confusing very quickly if some of the reports were to be auto-filled with our data while others are not. I think if there was some overlay text (like often seen within stock imagery) clearly demarking the image as an example, this could solve the issue.    Right now, as a Certified HubSpot Trainer, I have access to a Demo Account portal with fake data that often is able to provide the visualization a client needs to see how the report would look. Even with this though, often we find reports left blank due to not enough relevant data. I think if HubSpot were able to provide example images or better yet, an interactive report preview (similar to the interactive previews you can look through in the HubSpot Asset Marketplace), this could be a game-changer for any size organization.   I love HubSpot Reporting, and I hope a small change such as this could take it to even the next level! Right now in order to find the attachment within the deal entity I have to keep clicking on "Show more" until I find eventually (or not) the desired attachment.   For deals with many attachments, this is really tiring.    I would love to have the ability to explore and search through the deal's attachment. A simply pop-up that will show me the entire list at once enabling me to scroll up and down and search through it easily.   Thanks! ...read more
