Looking to create a report using the create date of a property or date the property is changed, which can be found in the history of the property, as one of the metrics for the report.    A report that will give me the number of deals that were changed to "Deal Stage #5" on that day or in a specific date range. Also, want to filter it based on another property similar to HubSpot Owner that shows the number of deals each person moved to "Deal Stage #5" in a specific date range. Also could possibly base it off of the date a property is filled out rather than the date the deal stage is changed.   Have been working with HubSpot Support team but would love some help if anyone has ideas of how to do this based on the history of a property or has another possible workaround.  ...read more

The current behavior for calculated properties is to round to two (or more) decimal places. It would be helpful to instead allow results to be rounded to the nearest whole number (an integer) – instead of two decimal places. Even better would be to either round or adjust decimal places up or down like in Excel.   This would allow more flexibility when presenting data as a Report in a Dashboard. Usually in a chart or other visualization showing accuracy down to .01 is unnecessary.   Stated differently, please add the ability to adjust calculated properties to either display a whole number or precisely specify the number of decimal places. ...read more

There are many times when a datetime field can be beneficial for use in the contact properties. There are currently a few fields (HubSpot defaults) that contain this data but you cannot create a custom property for this kind of data through the editor screen.    HubSpot default datetime field   Allowing this would help with building more precise workflows when it comes to email sending or time-sensitive emails like drip campaigns from workflows.  ...read more

On a form, there is a field with two different responses, which helps to determine the ideal customer. It is very important to have the feature to redirect a visitor to separate thank you pages based on the response. To B2B customers, we sell our products directly but to B2C customers, we redirect them to e-commerce channels (such as eBay or Amazon). In this case, both the types of customers are important. We can use one landing page and form to target both types of audiences to promote the product but redirect them to the relevant offer/content based on the response.   ...read more

There needs to be an option for credit card payment fees to be passed onto the customer.  We would like to offer credit card payments as a option but want to be able to notify the customer that if they use a cc then there is a fee attached.  And the fee needs to be automated as part of the payment.   ...read more

The ability to have a global setting in which we could set working hours for our support team who is using ServiceHub. This would allow us to drive workflows and autoresponders for tickets and conversations submitted outside of working hours. It would also allow us to obtain a higher degree of accuracy for our analytics. Example: Average Time to Respond Over Time, Average Time to Close, Average Time to Respond all are taking into account the weekend. We need the ability to pull the tickets that are submitted over the weekend or holidays (outside working ours) to start the time attributed to that ticket once we are inside of working hours. Example: working hours are M-F 8am-5pm. A ticket is submitted at 7:30pm on Friday. The counters on that ticket should not start until 8am on Monday when our team is back working again. Currently the quote number is formatted as #yyyymmdd-xxxxxxxx, wherexxxxxxxx are random non-sequential numbers. I'd like to be able to configure how the quote number is formatted and generated, e.g. QU-xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is a sequential number.   The reason why I'd like to have that is because hubspot's current quote number format is really long, and not friendly to our customers who need to record these in their procurement systems. Secondly, we currently use Xero to generate quotes, and we'd like to migrate to hubspot instead, and to be able to continue from our current quote sequences.
