Hi, we get a lot of overseas enquiries, the process to enrol an overseas student is quite complex & labour intensive. We get many many enquiries, the conversion rate is very low. The first email is a response to their enquiry.   I have setup a sequence, the 1st is the email with all the details, the 2nd in the sequence is a follow up a week later, the 3rd is another follow up & the 4th is a final one saying I've sent u a few emails with no reply, so thank you & a link to our website.  I want to CC another colleague in the sequence who will manage the enrolment if it happens. I am now forced to forward the email to them so they can make contact with with the prospective customer as I cannot CC them in the sequence.  Often there is no reply, I send a follow up & often there is no reply. I have found myself getting bogged down with setting up numerous contacts with no result, so.....  Hope this helps? ...read more

We need a bing ads integration ASAP. You have google ads integrated, it would really be helpful to have the same interface with Bing ads so we can monitor traffic and conversions down to the Keyword level on our Bing campaigns.    How long until that integration is up and running, you are integrated with LinkedIn, this doesn't make sense, put some energy towards Bing please.  ...read more

My understanding is you can connect an Office 365 shared mailbox to a personal Hubspot account with IMAP settings, however, this option doesn't seem to bve available for the team shared mailbox connection in Hubspot.   This would be extremely useful as most business traffic comes through generic shared info@ or enquiries@ addresses and not being able to connect them to it's counterpart in Hubspot is a real loss.   Thank you in advance for your help on this. ...read more

Looking to create a report using the create date of a property or date the property is changed, which can be found in the history of the property, as one of the metrics for the report.    A report that will give me the number of deals that were changed to "Deal Stage #5" on that day or in a specific date range. Also, want to filter it based on another property similar to HubSpot Owner that shows the number of deals each person moved to "Deal Stage #5" in a specific date range. Also could possibly base it off of the date a property is filled out rather than the date the deal stage is changed.   Have been working with HubSpot Support team but would love some help if anyone has ideas of how to do this based on the history of a property or has another possible workaround.  ...read more

Allow a new condition in lists/workflows that compares different properties. One example it can help with is to automatically find who is the primary contact for a company.   You could do it in a workflow like this: IF Contact Email is equal to Company Email  THEN set contact property Primary Contact to YES.   ...read more
