Feature Request: When using LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration, be able to log LinkedIn messages into Hubspot, wether those are from a LinkedIn chat or LinkedIn Sales Navigator chat. The messages could be automatically logged-in with an automated syncing option.    1. This feature is for Sales. 2.The goal is to automate the sales process as much as possible. 3.The value of this feature is time saving. It would solve having to log manually all conversations in LinkedIn into Hubspot (with all the copy-paste and having to do that everytime you send or receive a message from one of your contacts; even if you are doing it from a mobile device). 4.Salesforce enables logging the LinkedIn messages into the CRM  ...read more

Current Functionality   Currently it is possible to create new cards via the record customisation page.   For cards created that are displayed in the center tab, it is possible to apply filtering on some of the card types to only display the details you want to see.   In the below example, I have an "association table" card that allows me to display associated records, the properties I want to see, and a filter to only show certain types of records that match the filter criteria; in this case I only want to see product subscriptions that are not deactivated:     Limitation   While this is true for cards in the center tab, sidebar cards on a record currently are only able to display all associated records. It is possible to create new cards to display different properties of those records, but it will still show every associated record. When creating a new card, there is only the option to change the properties visible, and nothing else.     Suggestion   My suggestion would be to be able to create cards with similar filtering and sorting options, so as only to display associated records with certain criteria you are interested in, at a glance.   Example   On a company page you could create a sidebar card called "Ticket Openers". This card would show associated contacts of the company, but filtered on a custom property that exists on the contact level, "Number of tickets opened". You could set the filter to be "Number of tickets opened" > 0, sort by "Number of tickets opened" descending.   Now this sidebar card would show you, at a glance, the contacts associated to the company record you are viewing that have opened tickets, in order of most to least.   Benefit   Due to the sidebar cards always being present on a record (unless minimised) they have the benefit of displaying information without needing to navigate around the record. Sometimes teams will be looking for common information, and the ability to display that information on the sidebar would minimise the amount of navigation required as it will be visible at a glance.   This would also help to clean up associations somewhat. In my first example of "Active Product Subscriptions", the current functionality displays all of our custom object Product Subscriptions. Some of these may be old trials that we ran. Some may be deactivated products, or legacy products. This is all useful data, but due to the associations showing all records, it means we could have 10+ associated records showing in the sidebar, most of which are not relevant. We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc.   Examples:  - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority. Submitting this idea that would allow a form submission activity to be automatically associasted with a deal. At the moment, the form submission activity only appears on the contact record, and would be great if you could have the activity also show up on other associated records as well, either manually or automatically.  ...read more

The new CTA tool is amazing! Great work team!    However, it looks like pop-ups load within iframes, which makes sense to ensure styling and scripts are isolated from the embedded website.  However, at the moment this means those submissions and clicks can't be tracked from these on third party analytics services (such as google analytics).    It would be great to be able to load these outside an iframe if required, or some way to embed custom tracking codes into the head HTML of the iframe.  ...read more

We want to use "Tasks" more intensively to register and measure all marketing and sales activities. But we cannot create a user-defined Property - please make this available. It should also be possible to see "Tasks" on the contact card on the right together with Deals, Tickets and other info.
