The new CTA tool is amazing! Great work team! However, it looks like pop-ups load within iframes, which makes sense to ensure styling and scripts are isolated from the embedded website. However, at the moment this means those submissions and clicks can't be tracked from these on third party analytics services (such as google analytics). It would be great to be able to load these outside an iframe if required, or some way to embed custom tracking codes into the head HTML of the iframe.

linked to these Forume messages, but no duplictates in the IDEA Forum: I need to be able to respond to instagram messages via my Hubspot account. Can you please look into utilizing the FB Business Manager API, to also integrate the Instagram Chat Messages. I would like to be able to respond to those messages, in the same way, as I do with Facebook Messenger through HubSpot. Hope this is being considered, and expanding the current beta chat scope. We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc. Examples: - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority. We currently can't. It's going to all allow finer management of tasks, calls, meetings, basically all activity types which a pre-requisite for activity-based workflows: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Activity-based-Workflows/idi-p/204852 As different activity types (calls vs meetings vs tasks) require different information, Hubspot should allow Admins to select which customer property applies to which activity type.

I would like to suggest the addition of the option of conditional logic when creating records in the HubSpot mobile app, similar to how it already functions in the web version. I believe that this feature would greatly enhance the efficiency when working from mobile devices.

We want to use "Tasks" more intensively to register and measure all marketing and sales activities. But we cannot create a user-defined Property - please make this available. It should also be possible to see "Tasks" on the contact card on the right together with Deals, Tickets and other info. In Calls you are using "Type" and "Outcome" which is something that could be used but not only on calls but on all activities / tasks

For all content options that allow you to organize with folders, it would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders for better organization leading to less duplicates and efficiency when looking for content already created my a teammate. Hi, we get a lot of overseas enquiries, the process to enrol an overseas student is quite complex & labour intensive. We get many many enquiries, the conversion rate is very low. The first email is a response to their enquiry. I have setup a sequence, the 1st is the email with all the details, the 2nd in the sequence is a follow up a week later, the 3rd is another follow up & the 4th is a final one saying I've sent u a few emails with no reply, so thank you & a link to our website. I want to CC another colleague in the sequence who will manage the enrolment if it happens. I am now forced to forward the email to them so they can make contact with with the prospective customer as I cannot CC them in the sequence. Often there is no reply, I send a follow up & often there is no reply. I have found myself getting bogged down with setting up numerous contacts with no result, so..... Hope this helps?

After assigning a Lead to a HS Sales User, I'd like to start a Sequence on their behalf, such that the email in the sequence has the FROM email of the HS Sales User, not me (the initator of the sequence).

Some customers have alternative billing situations for their products that do not fit within our current billing frequency options below. It would be nice if they had the option to create other intervals. One customer needs a five year option for example and has to find a workaround.

I have been reading support articles from 2020 to 2023 about adding a Tax functionality to Hubspot Payments. I am specifically looking at Payment Links. While you can manually add a fees and taxes as individual line items, there is no help in calculation, manual or automatic. For small startups and SMBs this would be an immense value add and increase overall Hubspot engagement and usage.
