We've created our own unengaged process and as a consequence do not need to use Hubspot's don't send to unengaged feature.  Having disabled it in the account settings it would be benefical if it could also be hidden on the email send/schedule screen. I assumed that having it disabled would, but all it does is untick it on each email. To avoid confusion it would be good to hide it completely.     ...その他を表示

hubspot reporting isn't the best, lots and lots of room for improvements, especially with the old report builder going away and being replaced by a new report builder   it'd be nice for us to use SQL to join whatever objects we want to join, and do whatever calculations we need. it is quite inconvenient to build complicated joined objects reports with the current filters set up hubspot has   also, that'd allow us to do calculations! it'd be very nice to do simple calculations like conversion rates in a report. i can't believe a crm tool doesn't allow for custom conversion rates calculations ...その他を表示

Line items have a hs_position_on_quote property that stores their position on a quote. Seems to be the only publicly visible property in the API that stores line item positioning. When creating new deals and adding line items in the create editor, the line items hs_position_on_quote property does not get set. If you retrieve the line items through the API, the property will be set to null on all the line items.   If you add line items after deal create using the line item editor, the hs_position_on_quote property does get set on all line items to the order the line item appears in the editor. The property name can be misleading because for deal line items, they don't have to be on a quote for the property to have a value. You can have line items on a deal with no quotes and as long as you create or edit the line items in the line item editor, they will get a hs_position_on_quote value.   Would be very helpful if the deal create editor set the property on line items added instead of leaving them null. Makes integrating with other systems a challenge when users use the deal create editor to add line items instead of the line item editor. With null position values, it is hard to know for certain what order the user had the line items in on the deal create editor making it hard in integrations to push them into other systems in the same order. ...その他を表示

I have not found a way to set the microphone and speaker settings before dialing a number.  This seems to only be possible after the call has been placed.  Unless I'm missing something, it would be great to be able to set the speaker / mic options before dialing; otherwise, it is often a mad scamble to configure the speaker / mic options asap, after placing the call.   Thanks. ...その他を表示

It would be amazing if an active list could be created with time parameter window.   My example is I have a large growing active list of contacts.  I would like to create a second active list with the base of that group of contacts with a window ONLY looking at a last 30 day window of users hitting that base contact list.   So for example in the new Active List, as of today I would only be able to see users back to April 7, 2021.  Tomorrow I would only have contacts that go back to April 8, 2021.     ...その他を表示

Hi there,   I work on building up our database and researching our contacts so that they have complete profiles in our system.  There's a certain threshold of 'completeness' I'd like each profile to have, so I've created a custom property which basically counts the empty fields.  However, when I'm filling out a partial file, it would be REALLY nice to have a feature that highlights the empties in the contact page itself.  Given the number of custom properties we have, sometimes it takes me a minute or two to find that last empty field I need to research - multiply that by the thousands of records we have and it really starts to stack up.     The use case for this may be a little niche, but I don't think it would be difficult to accomplish.  Some custom formatting for certain users that they can toggle on and off - primarily for DBAs but also might be nice for anyone who's adding contacts into their ownership so they don't forget to add something obivious, like a cell phone number.     To be clear, these aren't necessarily mandatory fields.  They can stay empty or be filled in later by a researcher.   ...その他を表示
