Hi, I'm hoping to see if we have a function to export a set of tags to multiple blogs at once or at least export the set of tags in a blog instead of selecting each one individually.   For example, the blogs are for ice cream and we review flavors. Instead of individually adding tags "sugar-free, chocolate, nuts", we hope to know if there's a function to simply have an export of these tags and then import it for the blog(s). ... Exibir mais

It would be wonderful if we could add a brief description and friendly name under each template to indicate the usage of the template they are selecting.   For example, we have a template that is best used for Webinar or Event Invites - it would be great to indicate this under tha name of the template.     Additionally, we have templates that are great to use for Newsletters or Email Series.      Right now, the templates display with our naming convention which is only relevant for our operations team.  It would be great to provide a friendly name to make it easier to find the templates they need.    We are trying to ensure our system is as self-service as possible and this would go a long way in organizing the templates.   ... Add a fourth option to pop open the chat widget directly without had opened the welcome message before    Because for the moment, the option I 've choosen opens the welcome message first and the entire chat widget after. But if the first welcome message is closed by the user, the later pop open of the entire chat widget (in the parametred delay) is aborted.   The welcome message is not engaging as the opening of the chat widget (which permit to show, questions and answers to the user, and that is more ).   It's in Chatflow -> Display ->  Chat display behavior ... Right now our company doesnt use Hubspot as a researching tool because the search ability is so strict.  It only allows us to search by exact matches and only for one field.  I wish the search would apply to all fields or that you could pick whatever columns you want to search. ... Exibir mais

The nice thing about the "Hubspot User" type of field is it acts like an automatic dropdown and even shows you the persons email when picking the user.  What I am proposing however is that you are able to email directly like you can with a text field that has an email in it.  This should be easily possible since the email is already assocaited with the Hubspot User.  Additionally it would be nice if there was another type of button like the email one that you could click and it would either take you to that Hubspot Users contact page or bring up a minature window.  This would help when wanting to know their phone number to call. ... It would be great to be able to generate a Contact or Company Salesforce link as a column within a list or on the Contacts page.    This way you can export your list into Excel and the user can simply click on the link to be taken to the correlating page. ... Exibir mais
