I cannot believe something this simple is not already a part of HubSpot!   PLEASE allow me to import records WITHOUT deduping them automatically by email! I JUST WANT TO ADD RECORDS TO MY DB AND DEDUPE THEM MANUALLY LATER.   I was just told on the Help Chat that there is no way to do this unless I delete the email column from my import file. Then importing the list without any email addresses would create a new record for each row in the file. WHAT GOOD would it do to have contacts in my db that I cannot contact?   The simple scenario is this: I don't know if the emails in my list are more current or older than what's in my db already.   I have used other CRMs that allow me to compare similar records at one time on the screen with similar record 1 on the left and similar record 2 on the right. I can check mark which fields of either record I want to keep. When I have chosen which fields I want to keep from either side, I click MERGE RECORDS and it pulls all the checkmarked fields from record 2 into record 1 without overiding any checked fields on record 1.   Please just let me import/add records into my database without deduping anything. I am looking for a way to route a new lead that has filled out a form from our website and then been created in HubSpot to an internal team with the Salesforce link of the contact. Currently, our CS team is notified of new web leads through an internal email notification that provides them links to the contact record in HubSpot. The CS team does not use HubSpot for any account management/documentation, they use Salesforce for all of that. However, when a new lead comes in they receive the HubSpot contact record link then have to go look them up in Salesforce. Can we add a HubSpot Contact record link and a Salesforce Contact link in the internal email notifications through HubSpot? Or does anyone have a process in place for this? ... Exibir mais

Hi,   can you able to add the representative name or thier short initial underneath the inblox list ,  where we see customer name and their short message ? this needs to be addes  into closed ticket inbox queue also into Oldest queue.    We used Zipwhip also where you may see represntative name customer will respond back and any staff member already approched them in the begining.    This will help us, instead to click on the each message and see who is assignee.  When you get 100+ message back in one minute and you have team of 10+ staff members working on the same inbox queue.  Perticular staff member will open perticular message which he/she responded before, thats how we would be able to devide work without clicking each message and find their customers with whom they already spoken before.    Please see the attached file for the referance.  ... I wonder if everyone else is as frustrated as I am that I cannot override the default to SUBSCRIBER lifecycle stage?  Considering the majority of entries into HubSpot are leads, why on earth would they pick such a crazy default?  IMO it should default to LEAD.  But maybe that it just me. Currently the quote number is read-only which doesn't give us the ability to change the structure or update with a workflow.  Quote number example = Quote number: 20211008-002352535  😥   The current quote is extensive in length and is creating challenges for our channel customers in transcribing the quote number accurately when placing this on their Purchase Orders to us.    A more simple quote format would be welcomed. ...
