We want to be able to create a link for some deals in Draft stage but thats currently only possible if the quote is published. So we either: 1. Need to be able to create a quote link for specific quotes in draft stage through a workflow 2. Or be able to push certain quotes from Draft to Published which will create the link we need - again through a workflow.  The reason we need this is because some of our quotes in draft stage are ready to present to the customer so we want to sent them this sample link to preview, which is currently not posisble though a workflow.  ...read more

I'm a Customer Success Manager that sends out many outbound emails to customers that need specific tailoring for each one. I love Sequences because it gives me a template that I can adjust, set delays and schedule messages, and let me see everyone I've emailed, all in one place.    However my only problem is that responses go to my personal inbox and I don't get alerted in Hubspot. I get hundreds of emails a day to my personal email and my customer responses sometimes get lost.   I'd love if replies could automatically get turned into Help Desk tickets, or if there was an option to send from a Help Desk email instead of only my personal email. We would like the ability to use the logic on forms to not just be able to hide or show fields, but also be able to change the label on the field based on the logic.     For example I have contact us field that the first question asked is are you a patient or a provider.  If they select patient I would like the email field label to be "Patient Email" or if they select provider the label to say "Provider email"    There are more examples of where this could be used. ...read more

On behalf of our customers.   The User Story & Use Case As a Director managing a HubSpot Enterprise portal with the Business Units add-on, multiple brands are managed within a single portal. Approximately 10+ marketing emails a week are sent across different streams (2 emails/week per brand). Our goal is to create Active Lists (Dynamic Segments) for audience targeting based on recent engagement with specific brands.   Specifically, we need to target contacts who have clicked a marketing email associated with Brand X in the Last 30 Days. Because customers cross over between brands, we cannot simply use "Last Marketing Email Clicked" generally; it must be specific to the brand's email stream. The Problem Currently, the "Marketing Email" filter in the Lists tool (Active Lists) is severely limited for high-volume senders: No Text Operators: You cannot filter interactions by  Marketing Email Name   contains  [Text]. You are forced to select specific individual emails within multiple OR groups. No Rolling Dates for Specific Selection: When selecting specific emails, you often cannot apply a rolling "occurred in the last X days" filter easily across a dynamic group of emails. No Business Unit Filter: There is no native option to filter "Marketing Email Clicks" by the associated Business Unit. The Current Roadblock: To build this segment today, a user must manually select every single email sent by that brand using "OR" logic. With 5 streams and weekly sends, this requires constant manual maintenance of the list criteria every week. Current Workarounds (And why they fail) Workaround 1: Select emails individually. Failure: Not scalable. Requires constant manual updates to the list definition every time a new email is sent. Workaround 2: Create a Journey Report filtering by "Email Name" > Select Marketing Email clicked event > Drilldown > Add to Static List. Failure: This creates a Static List. For an "Always On" retention campaign, we need contacts to drop off the list automatically if they haven't clicked in 30 days. Static lists require daily manual export/import or manual additions, which defeats the purpose of marketing automation. The Ideal Solution We request an update to the Active Lists tool to allow for dynamic filtering of Marketing Email interactions. 1. Filter by Email Name (Nomenclature) Add a text operator to the Marketing Email interaction filter. Criteria: Contact clicked a link in Marketing Email. Refine by: Marketing Email Name  Contains any of  [Value] (e.g., "GCG_Brand"). 2. Rolling Date Ranges Ensure these text-based filters support rolling date ranges. Refine by: Occurred in the  Last   30   Days . 3. Business Unit Filtering Alternatively, allow users to filter interactions directly by the Business Unit the email was assigned to. Criteria: Contact clicked a link in Marketing Email. Refine by: Business Unit  is any of  [Brand Name]. Impact Implementing this feature would allow multi-brand Enterprise customers to build automated, low-maintenance retention segments. It bridges the gap between the granular filtering available in Reports and the automation required in Segments/Lists. ...read more

if there is a multi- choice property (multiple checkboxes) can it be displayed in the report in one line - every chosen option next to each other in one line  in the report under one deal ,not making the deals in the report to be multiplied in order to show each option in single separte line. ...read more

Hubspot allows product unit prices to have up to 6 decimal places, but when added to a quote, it automatically rounds to 2 decimals. Our business charges as low as $0.005/unit. Rounding up to $0.01 or down to $0.00 is misleading to our customer. If the product library allows for 6 decimals, that specificity should flow over into other areas that utilize anything from that product library.  ...read more

To ensure strong user adoption, it is essential that we are able to translate custom properties—including custom pipelines and pipeline stage properties—into a broad range of languages. This need is particularly important for our Sales Representatives and might even become a roll-out roadblock.   Currently, HubSpot supports only a limited set of languages for custom translations: Chinese, Dutch, English, French, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. Hey! Context HubSpot’s Customer Agent works well in live chat, but when deployed on email channels the stakes are higher. Email replies are often more formal, more binding, and in some industries (like banking and finance) a wrong or imprecise answer can have legal consequences. Because of this, we cannot allow the Customer Agent to automatically answer every incoming email. Problem Today, when the Customer Agent is enabled for email, it can respond automatically to all messages that meet its confidence threshold. However, this creates risk in cases where: The inquiry is legally sensitive, The customer’s request requires manual investigation, The reply could be interpreted as a binding statement, Or internal policy requires a human approval step. Without guardrails, we cannot safely use the Customer Agent on email. Proposed Feature: Guardrails & Human-in-the-Loop Workflow We would like a way to control which types of emails the Customer Agent is allowed to answer automatically — and which ones should require human review and approval before sending. Key components could include: Content-based Guardrails Allow admins to create rules (keywords, categories, sender-address, intent types) that determine when: Customer Agent may auto-send a response Customer Agent may draft but must wait for approval Customer Agent should not respond at all Approval Queue / Human-in-the-Loop If an email falls into a higher-risk category, Customer Agent should generate a draft and place it in a review queue for a human to approve, edit, or reject before sending. Confidence Threshold Settings per Channel Ability to set a stricter confidence threshold for email than for chat. Impact These controls would allow regulated industries (like banks, insurance companies, healthcare, or legal services) to safely use Customer Agent in email channels without risking compliance breaches or legally binding miscommunication. Hello,   We are looking to adapt our chatflow for multiple languages across the globe. We currently have 3 "Select Industry" pick lists; one for each of our two business units and one that pulls in all industries.    That being said, we have loaded translations for these options, however the chatflow tool does not support the translated values. This is very frustrating and the only option that was given was to create a seperate property for that specific language. We are looking to deploy this across at least 6 different languages, which would require us to build no less than 12 different properties to satisfy the language varients, not to mention workflows to copy these to the English values that we use internally.    It would be great if translations are able to be surfaced in chatflows. We are not interested in a workaround as it is too cumbersome for our needs and will require ongoing maintenance.
