I am new to HubSpot, and the Quote Design Beta Editor is basically not useful at all.  If this was a $2,000 a year software tool, then you'd have an excuse to state "use what we have," but when paying over $20,000 a year, your software's customization, which requires contracted coders, is poor customer service at best. Your product dev team should pride themselves in allowing direct customers to self-manage their customization to a large degree, not a small degree. To the project development team who coded it (Quote Designer) up, you should spend time with various salespeople and business owners.    My feedback: Some line items require a very lengthy product description, and your inability to allow user column width control is a big miss. The one template that allows for a long product description omits the total of the unit "cost" time "quantity," forcing our customers to break out calculators to see what the line is actually costing them...add the line total to stop this oversite. The proposal/quote must state a business's Standard Terms and Conditions without having to type in a Snippet every time. An appended last page would work fine that is user-editable and saved in the template. This is a legal thing. HubSpot should have an Avatax configured Quote, Sales Order, and Invoice template. Just play with an Avatax configured instance, and you will see the issue is sales tax is a line item, not a tax sub-footer in the totals section. Your header templates gobble up a ton of real estate; insert some columns so you can provide more product line space on the first page. There are no page numbers to reference once printed/viewed.  Some businesses require lengthy proposals/quotes that can be more than one page, so add page numbers and reference the selling company's name in the header/footer ... its a branding thing. As an FYI, I use sarcasm to get my point across; your product is awesome in so many ways. I would like to have more status options or being able to customize the status for the tickets. Currently only "open" and "closed" are available when my client look at the portal on their side.   In line with that feature, when I change the status of the ticket, my client should receive a notification that the status of the ticket was changed. These are very basic implementations that make a big difference in the quality and transparency of the communication. The other day I closed a ticket after telling the customer on the phone that the problem was solved but he probably forgot our phone talk and was still upset that the ticket was closed without his consent.    ...read more

It would be really great if there was a way to tag files that are uploaded into HubSpot so that they are more easily searched. We have a lot of files that could be categorized under multiple business segments, so having the files be searchable by more than one category would be really helpful. ...read more

Many people use Calendly on LinkedIn to organize meetings. I have used HubSpot instead and added a link to my HubSpot meetings page on my LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/manuel-gr%C3%A4ber-396a04189/ But this link should automatically generate an image, wich didn't work with HubSpot's meeting page. Dosn't look very nice:   LinkedIn Post Inspector suggests to add og image and description tags. Would be nice to have these tags included.     ...read more

Good afternoon; I get in touch with you,since I use Hubspot to plan SoMe posts. As you know, Instagram and Face have the option of stories, which also contain interesting data to be analyzed and included on the SoMe reports. Do you plan to include these feayures in Hubspot in order to have additional information about our statistics and simplify posting process? Instead of having to choose individual emails and imports, I would like to be able to filter by keyword. This way we would unlock a lot of use automation. For example, we could pull imports from a certain source into one list and use that list as enrollment criteria for drip email. We could create list of people who have engaged with marketing email of a certain topic. Etc.      ...read more
