It would be really helpfull if within forms we could use logic within logic. You can set fields to queue based on how the parent field is filled out but there is no option to add logic into the field that is queued based on the parent field. It would be nice to have this option becasue a lot of the logic fields that are queued have drop down options that are "Other" and require an open text field to populate if someone selects "Other." At the moment if someone selects "Other" there is no way to populate with logic within logic.    It would also be nice to have logic based on all fields in the form not just logic based on one field. So we could say that if this this field is any of a specific value change another field later in the form to a different property value that we want to collect.  ...read more

We are needing  the export of a specific/single form, not the bulk form option that is only available in the "Export Form Submissions." In looking at exporting form submissions when trying to do so, it seems to be all or none....not just one?     The current work around is entirely cumbersome of creating a list with only that contact and adding all the properties that were used in the form (However thank you to Camilia in Hubspot Support Chat for this help).     ...read more

I have noticed another post about this - but I don't believe it is identical.  The UI has an abundance of wasted space.  All over the place data/information is surrounded by space.  Space usage like that is not helpful especially when I need to see email threads or deals, etc. etc.  It takes two or three times the required space to see one piece of information.  I have an enormous monitor so I can open up web pages and take up a lot of real estate but I am the exception.  For those on standard 22 or 24 inch monitors they are forever scrolling up and down.  Please, please allow us to create a view that will provide us information.  the current layout is elegant and nice, but short on functionality when you need to see data/information.  See my attached screen shots.  One task takes up so much space when it could be compressed to allow more information to be viewable.      Finally, I have no idea what category to place this in as nothing seems to be relevant.  How about adding an User Interface category?   ...read more

Sometimes you are working on a deal that involves multiple parties. At the moment it is impossible to create a deal in Hubspot that has more than 1 company linked to it. The only solution right now is to create 2 deals, but then the reporting will be no longer reliable. The value of this solution is easier work and more reliable results. Hallo zusammen,   aktuell beträgt das Limit für Berichte in Dashboards 20. In den meisten Fällen ist dies auch mehr als ausreichend. Für ein allumfassendes Marketing-Reporting empfinde ich 20 aber als etwas zu wenig. Bedenkt man all die Möglichkeiten die HubSpot bietet (Quellen, Lifecycle-Phase, Unterscheidung in Produkte, Dauer bis zum Abschluss, usw.), empfinde ich das schon als knapp bemessen. Wäre es daher vielleicht möglich, das Limit zu erhöhen? Es muss ja nicht gleich auf 100 hoch gehen, aber vielleicht wenigstens von 20 auf 30-50. Viele Grüße ...read more

Hi! I really love the functionality the HubSpot ABM tools gives me, but there is one piece missing. What? When looking into an accounts details you can see the number of pageviews based on KNOWN contacts and ANONYMOUS contacts. What would be awesome is being able to get a visit notification ONLY on anonymous pageviews.   Why? When working account based a meeting might be scheduled with our known contacts. After that meeting we really want more people on the target company to research our company and get that "feedback" by getting notification about anonymous visits from that company. That would help us understand if we made a good impression on meetings and that the known contacts talked about us internally.   For who? The sales rep working on an account, and marketing to get insights on what materials the anonymous target people are watching and where to create more good content.   When? HubSpot currently has the ability to link a CTA to an email address so when you click the CTA, it opens up a new email to a specific email address. This is great, however, it would be even better if we had the ability to add multiple email addresses or be able to CC another address. In many cases, businesses need more than one person emailed/ kept in the loop. Right now the only workaround I see is to forward the email to the other user after the customer sends the emails.    Any ideas? ...read more
