The Deal object allows you to use logic based on pipeline to customize the create Deal form. The Record Customization tab allows you to customize the view of a specific object/record based on Teams.   Taking these two features together, it would be very helfpul to be able to costumize the Object Form (Contact, Company, Deal) based on Team.    As of now, we have a ton of fields in the form that are only needed for specific roles, so adding this feature would drastically reduce friction when creating objects ...read more

Reporting on Conversation feedback is very limited if you can't view which Agent the feedback applies to. Agent is presented within the UI but there's no filtering or controls to use there. When you click into the Ticket Owner field, the first name in the dropdown is always the same user. Let's call this user John. For our account, John is not involved in addressing tickets but is always the first person listed no matter what. John constantly receives notifications that tickets have been incorrectly assigned to him because people will click into the field and accidentally hit enter before choosing the correct owner.   It would make more sense to have the current user's name appear first on the drop-down. That way, if you click into the field and hit enter, it populates your own name instead of the random person that happens to be the first on the list. This would also save our reps a lot of time since they will be able to just hit enter instead of typing out their names each time.   It would also be nice to limit the options for Ticket Owner. If a ticket is assigned to a certain HubSpot Team, it would be useful to limit the dropdown to only show the members of that team. ...read more

Hello!  When sending an email from HubSpot and CCing someone, it creates a contact record for them each time. We often CC people in our company, and I do not need a record created for anyone being CCed on a record. We only want the primary person who is being emailed.  Please please make this stop! On our account, most of the 10 super admins that receive the email when a user needs their 2FA reset are not involved in user creation or setup. I am responsible for creating and managing accounts for our company, but I am not on the list of 10 super admins that get this email. When I get an IT support ticket regarding users needing their 2FA reset, I have to contact another super admin and get them to forward the email to me.
