Deal and Ticket Tags are a great feature - it would be so helpful for the Marketing Teams if we could also have a Campaign Tag feature that tags Campaigns by one or more filtered properties. E.g. Scenario being Tag all my Marketing Campaings that are marked as Status = Active and Budget = Over X Amount as Priority Campaigns. OR All Marketing Campaigns that are not marked as Closed but have an end date that has passed as "To Review" ...read more

We are currently using Calendly links in our sequences, because the Hubspot meetin form doesn't allow the customer to select between phone vs video call.   As a result, we don't have the ability to automatically un-enroll contacts from a sequence when they book a meeting via our custom calendly links.   It would be useful if we could unenroll a contact from a sequence based on a customized action, like "clicked link XYZ", to close this gap. ...read more

We love the pre formed survey's you designed, as well as the custom surveys. However, the custom survey's are not as flexible as we would like. We would love to be able to design a custom survey with logic based questions. An example would be if a customer answered a quesiton within a certain limit (1-5, 6-7) etc; the next question would be based on the first answer.    Thank you so much!  ...read more

The recent addition of the 'overview' and 'activities' tabs for object records are great. However, further customization options would be very beneficial especially for the 'recent communications' section under 'overview'. Being able to display all associated communications, not just communications to that record directly, would be great. ...read more

I am surprised this hasn't been addressed but I would love to see dependant fields available on the contact, company, deal and ticket record.    Clients ask me, almost weekly, if there's a "another drop-down that would pop-up depending on what I select."  We have that capability for website visitors using our forms, why not make it availble internal facing for Hubspot users as well?  ...read more

I would like to be able to share relevant form submissions with our clients, but when I export the data, asset upload links (files, images, etc) require the user to sign in to Hubspot.    I would like to suggest making those uploaded asset links available without logging into Hubspot, so that when I export and share Form Submission Data with clients, they are able easily to access image and file uploads.    I've had to use an additional forms services (JotForm or Google Forms) to acheive this goal, but would love to keep everything in Hubspot! ...read more

One of the features I love about HubSpot is the Deal Stage prompts when moving a deal to a specific stage. We require quite a bit of data when moving a deal to a specific stage. As much as I love the deal prompts, one of the biggest complaints and issues we have is the lack of conditional logic with this process. Because we do need to collect A LOT of important business info, we have to add many extra fields regardless if the field is relevant to that deal or not.   As an example, if we provide financial assistance to a client, we require the deal owner to input all information about this, the payout dates, notes on the payments and client, etc. However, if a deal does not require any of this, the prompt still appears because no logic is available.   Is HubSpot considering deal prompt logic? Does anyone else experience similar problems? We've tried making our sales guys update sections on the deal record, but this is next to impossible.
