The language for our knowledge base is only available for HK and China versions. As for"Chinese - China" version, it shows "中文（中國)" aligned with "Chinese, China", which may arouse a bit sensitive political issues, especially for my Taiwanese users.  Also, it shows "simplified Chinese" instead of "traditional Chinese" which may bring out an unpleasant customer experience.    As for the"Chinese - Hong Kong SAR", it shows traditional Chinese but yet still seems strange to us for the image of “香港行政特區”(HK-SAR) since we are based in Taiwan. We're afraid it might confuse our customers that they are on the wrong help center page.   Would it be possible to add Chinese (Taiwan) to languages when creating a knowledgebase article?    Thanks in advance.  ...read more

Being able to set a default folder for file/image upload in a module would be a huge improvement over the current system.   I have users that only ever edit and upload images in one module, but their files currently just default to the base folder and it gets unruly. I know that they could manually go in and choose where they want it to go, but expecting that out of users is not realistic. ...read more

Hi all, I noticed if you create a custom field, type "HubSpot User" to store lookups to users, this will behave like the contact owner field. The problem comes when you just want to tag a user on a contact, for example to say the record was handled by an SDR. As soon as you assign the user on the custom field, the HubSpot User chosen gets an email as if they were assigned to the record as owner, even though the owner field is not changed. It would be great if these lookups for users were not triggering any notification or if these could be turned off. At the moment they are more of a problem than an help because the users can't distinguish between emails for new contacts or when they are added to a custom field. ...read more

Who Does It Benefit HubSpot, Marketers, Users, and Developers   Value To Be Gained Users would be able to easily submit bug reports as well as view bug reports others have submitted to identify if what they're experiencing is likely actually a bug or not.   Description I feel like there should definitely be a Bug Reports Community category or a #bug-reports Slack channel (or preferably both, like with Ideas). Currently, I've experienced numerous bugs, over the last several months, and I don't really have any outlet to post them to. Currently, I try to find the most relevant channel in Slack and post them there, but it doesn't feel good at all.   I mentioned this to Jon McLaren, and he told me messaging support would be the best solution for bug reports, but it seems really inconvenient to do, and other users can't benefit from it, to help identify their issues as bugs, and view possible solutions whether it's a bug or not (if there's been an issue posted by someone else). Being able to post your bug reports to a dedicated community section would just be better for everyone, I feel: HubSpot would gain more awareness and a measure of the urgency of the bug based on community response Marketers and users would have an outlet to more easily report any issues they're experiencing as well as see if the issue has been experienced by others and possible solutions or bandaid fixes for the issue (and maybe a response in the thread from an official HubSpot staff member that the issue has now been resolved) Developers would be more aware of things that are actually bugs rather than waste hours identifying it as such (which I have done on more than 1 occasion recently, although I probably still would have needed to as they were so niche it is likely no one else would have already reported them) and they could potentially pass that info on to a client. Hi everyone   it looks like saved views are one of the easiest object an user can create,anyway they are the most difficult to manage (review, rename, bulk delete) because of the un friendly pop up menù used for browsing them. also because it's impossible to delete a list unless the view based on that list is deleted (I guess you are aware of this problem especially when the view is property of a fired user)     can't we have them organized like im the lists manager , with an option that allow bulk edit and with a column summarizing is using "x lists"  (and which are those lists)?     ...read more

Today is only possible to "delete"/"edit" a recurring task through going on each of the individually.  I think it would be an invaluable tool to bulk delete/edit these tasks, like "Remove all recurring from selected tasks", or something like a filter I can put to actually SEE all my tasks with "X" or "Y" Status/Name/Association.  The point that bothers me, also, is that this feature to "repeat task" is avaiable to everyone with acess to "tasks". Shouldn't there be a way to "disable" some features on my portals (like this "repeat task", or even, the creation of delas/Contacts, breaking/linking a contact to a deal)? As my operation has quite a hard time using HS, I would love to see some of these features implemented.  ...read more

Currently the record updates notification options notify you for records you own or follow, but instead it should be only those I choose to follow.  I own many records as the Account Manager, but I only want to specifiy certain tickets I want to FOLLOW and receive actually notifications on.     If I were to keep these notifications on as they currently are - I am bombarded by notifications for all of the companies I own.   Please make the option to Follow and receive notifications separate from whether you own the account or not.    ...read more

It'd be good to be able to track button clicks within an email without having to use CTAs, specifically for instances where you don't want/need to add an URL to the button (ie YES/NO RSVP to an event). ...read more
