Hello,  We would love to have the call logging ability.  For our reps, (especially the customer support services), call duration is a service quality measurement parameter. In addition, sales team do a lot of calls per day. There is a feature a HubSpot competitor has that would be a useful addition to HubSpot for us as we start to grow the amount of content we create on a regular basis.   We currently have fixed workflows that provide a specific nurturing stream including specific emails sent at specific times relative to the workflow trigger. This provides us with a drip-email nurturing campaign that runs for a fixed period after that the trigger of someone being added as a contact. The emails within this campaign need to be reviewed regularly and the content sent manually kept fresh. We tend to have a workflow for a thread or topic of content based on properties like industry or persona. A better alternative for us would be to utilise the concept of content streams, which are effectively queues of emails with each queue collecting emails of a common topic. Alongside this, there could be a defined schedule that allows for each email to be processed from the queue and sent to the appropriate recipient at certain specific times. Similar to the "send more" feature, emails would not be re-sent to those who have already received it. Such a feature would allow us to create content for a specific purpose and extract greater value by easily re-using it by placing an email into such a queue as part of that content creation workflow. Rather than maintaining the if/else actions within a workflow that then gets quickly difficult, we would only need to focus on what content we have in each queue and rest assured knowing that those contacts who qualify would receive the series of nurturing emails delivered from the queue at a defined schedule. This provides a "longer burn" form of drip-email nurturing that would be easy to maintain, which could be continuously added to and refreshed. It would be extremely helpful to sort tasks by Time Zone. This goes beyond doing separate sequences for each time zone. I feel that if we were able to simply sort a task list by time zone efficiency would increase. ...read more

When merging 2 tickets, the resulting ticket gets a new ticket ID.  Previous ticket IDs are not searchable in any way post-merging, which is an issue when, for example, a customer has received one of the original IDs in a confirmation email.   The suggestion is to archive the original ticket IDs so that they remain on the resulting record and are searchable.  Ticket names are already archived in the activity feed when a merge occurs, and it would be great to add ticket ID to the same activity log:     1. Role/team who would benefit from the feature: Customer Support agents handling tickets with customer issues.  2. Their goal is to be able to merge related customer tickets while still being able to navigate to the current ticket based on original ticket IDs provided to customers. 3. This would save time otherwise spent manuall searching, improve user satisfaction, and improve end customer satisfaction. 4. The Ads section of Hubspot has key campaign metrics on external ad spend (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).   A few insights are the number of customers created from these ads (attributing marketing to Sales), overall cost per lead/contact and cost per click. Knowledge Base: Set global form colors and fonts  Why don't admins have the ability to apply more default styling to the submit buttons under Settings>Marketing>Forms? Currently, we can: Set default button background color Set default button alignment Set default button font color Where is the default button font size option? The only way to change this is at the individual form level under styling. It defaults to 12pt. That's crazy small! The only way to change this is at the individual form level. This logic seems backwards! It offers too much room for inconsistency across multiple forms due to human error. Please fix this HubSpot Development team!   I would also like the option to change the text from sentence case to all caps by default. Again, the only way to do this is at the individual form level. Hi team, I worked with a customer who would like to have the flexibility to customise the font for their individual view (as opposed to global) of their conversations inbox. Hi -   While you can create a task at the time you are writing/sending an email, you cannot do that for an existing email in the timeline.   The idea would be to create a task linked to a specific email in the timeline of a contact or company.    This would allow a manager to task someone with resolving or addressing a specific discussion/issue with clear and precise context, as well as the framework for resolving issues (who to contact, etc).   In keeping with the guidelines: Who: Managers who are monitoring their team activities, senior sales people with trainees, etc, as well as salespeople working in a team Goal: linking a task to an existing email within a contact or company guideline Value: providing critical context for the task by linking to the specific email that contains an issue or other reasons for review, such that the complete framework for resolving the issue (such as who to contact, etc) is visible and transparent. ...read more

Right now, the only options for setting background colors on sections are rgb(a) and hex according to the documentation here. Allowing for custom properties like var(--grey-bg-1) to be set at the section level would not only be convenient for those themes leveraging custom properties, but also allow for dynamic switching of those colors based on user preferences like prefers-contrast: more and allow theme authors to build in functionality like a "dark mode" switcher that carries over to the background colors set by content editors. ...read more
