Hi-- I am really shocked that there is no simple way to re-send an email to those who didn't open it without either creating it as an automation from the outself and/or creating a whole new list and then sending the email to those people. Mailchimp makes it super easy (one click) and this seems like the most basic functionality for emailing. This isn't currently possible in Hubspot, and should be available as it is already a tedious process to merge companies already, and currently if I want to merge something into a parent/child company I must then remove the associations, merge, and then re-associate. ...read more

We are testing out Hubspot payments.  We have received two payments from customers.  When we export the payment and payout reports from the payment portal, it is limited in what it tells us, which makes it difficult to reconcile to our accounting software (Quickbooks).  The reports at a minimum need to identify the company associated with the contact and email address that is associated with the payment.  Also, you don't even have a category for Payments to submit ideas!  Need to add that 🙂 ...read more

For customer service teams that are not available 24/7, an auto reply message that could be set for each inbox afterhours would help set the expectation as to when a customer would receive a reply to their inquiry.   We are migrating to full use of Hubspot in November and this is a feature in our current email system, HelpScout.  For each of our team's inboxes, a customized reply is able to be created and both times of day and days of week selected for when we want it to reply.  On holiday's, we are able to easily modify the times/ days.   Our team would want the autoreply sent from 5pm - 9am, M-F and all day Sat & Sun. ...read more

Importing Predefined Choices in Bulk There are lots of multiple choice fields that you always see on forms—things like Gender, Age, Employment, Income, Education, Days of the Week, and U.S. States. Likewise, it's really common to ask people to evaluate how often they do something, how satisfied they are with an experience, or how important something is to them. Even though these questions are super common, sometimes it's tricky to figure out the best way to word these field labels and answer choices. And for things like a dropdown of U.S. States, it would be time-consuming to add every choice one by one. It would be very helpful if the email performance, campaign details, AND the workflow details pages allowed for a selection of different stats to view and save selections on these pages beyond just the default provided by HubSpot.   This would save time when viewing these pages each time, and it would eliminate the need to create a list or a custom report to find these additional stats. ...read more

Once a mass marketing email has been sent, we should be able to reply to the individual who recieved the email with a more personal followup note explaining why they received the invitation or promotion. This way all the information from the original marketing email is easily accessible for the indidividual. We need the ability as HubSpot administrators to change the Original Source field in Contacts to fix errors and "weird stuff" that can happen for more accurate lead and ROI tracking. I have several contacts set to Offline Sources that where really AdWords. It usually works but when it doesn't we are powerless to fix it. Without getting it fixed the ROI reports lose some of their (**bleep**).   The existing reports that are tied to Original Source are grea, but for smaller companies, where correcting a couple incorrect Original Sources for a 30 day period, are very important. If I had 100's of new contacts off of AdWords every month I wouldn't worry abt missing a few.   Using a custom field is not really a solution since you then give up using all the stock reports that leverage Original Source. ...read more
