This is for Chatbots on different websites/pages to specify what FAQ article from the Knowledge Base would be most helpful for the page clients are viewing. Suggesting to specifcy articles on a website by using the Category section. There are a lot of overlapping keywords for FAQ article, so the goal is to be more specific and direct. This will lead to quicker answers and less time for clients to wait for an agent or email back when the answer is in a FAQ article. HubSpot's tracking URL builder only allows deleting/editing the tracking URLs one by one.  I think there should be a way to delete tracking URLs in bulk.   For us - going back through all of the ones that we no longer use (back to 2012) - is incredibly cumbersome.  Thank you. ...read more

HI team, Currently, when using USD, HubSpot would round off mid calculation. This means if I were to apply a 18% discount on my line item, it would round off the discount immediately, rather than calculate everything in raw values and rounding off at the end. Here's an example: MSRP price (list price): 11,90 Applicable discount: 15% 15% discount of 11,90 = 1,785 = 1,79 rounded off then you subtract that absolute discount amount of 1,79 from 11,90! Therefore, 11,90 - 1,79 = 10,11 and not 10,12 As you can see above, rounding off the discount resulted in an in accurate quote total at the end. This is hugely inconvenient for customers when trying to match to other external systems they may be using - creating confusion.  Would love the calculation process to be in raw values (or at least let customers have the flexbility to choose)  Thank you! ...read more

I suggest enhancing HubSpot notifications by displaying only summaries instead of the entire message when we click the notification bell. This change offers several advantages: Streamlined Interface: By showing summaries, we can significantly simplify the notification center, creating a cleaner and more user-friendly interface. Efficiency: Many users, including myself, click notifications to view messages at their source. Displaying the entire message in the notification feels wasteful and occupies unnecessary space. Enhanced Efficiency: This change can also improve efficiency further by allowing users to more easily scroll through multiple notifications, prioritizing what to address first. Option for Detail: If there's a reason to include the entire message in the notification center, please consider adding an option to expand or collapse the list of messages in the notification center, allowing users to choose the level of detail they prefer.
