Please add the ability to copy a smart rule and all it's parameters to another Landing Page. Particularly smart rules relating to 'country'. This is very important to make GDPR compliance easier to implement on Hubspot. In order to show the correct privacy note on a form on a landing page for GDPR and non-GDPR countries I needed to set up a smart rule based on country and list the European GDPR countries manually (20+). I now want to use the same smart rule on another different landing page and find there is no way to copy the rule, the list of countries or copy it in from an Excel list. The only way is to manually create that rule again. This costs valuable time and leaves room for errors.   Being able to copy the rule itself, list of countries or at least from Excel  (like I can with parameters for Filters) will make it much easier for Marketers to set up smart content compliant with GDPR rules. Also considering Hubspot has a big customer base in Europe. Also, from a GDPR prespective, what about dependent territories/countries like Azores, Canary Islands and Madeira. I can not select those. We’ve had several needs for this. Whether because people fell out of the workflow unintentionally and we wanted to put them back through easily to pick up where they left off, trying to re-engage with people who didn’t open some of our emails the first time through the flow and wanting to put them back in but skip only the emails in the flow that they already opened, etc. We have enough if/then branches for those who have already taken an action because we don’t ask them to do it again (ie download an eBook or take a free trial). Currently images uploaded via a website form exist in HS but are hard to find. You must go to Marketing > Forms > Client's Form > Submissions tab. This shows all submissions made using the form. Hover over any contact and click the View Submission button. You’ll see the links in the pop-up window. Currently there is no way to use this in a workflow to automatically put these files within the file manager (Marketing > Files and Templates > Files) and organize them in ways other than by contact name. I'm creating tasks by a workflow and I want to use a due date according to a date field from contact's property. Right now I can only choose "in 3 days" and so on, but I'm not able to handle specific due dates.    This is my usecase:  - Sales reports a meeting by a landingpage, herein the sales writes infos & defines follow-up-tasks - by a workflow, the report gets sent to his team by mail and in addition all tasks according to the report gets created & assigned to specific team members  --> I need to set due dates correctly, please allow to set a due date with a personalization token.  ...read more

MY BIG IDEA Please give the Blog tool a "drag and drop" editor building functionality like the rest of Hubspot; i.e. email and landing page builders.   I'm new to Hubspot and so, I'm still trying to figure it all out – but the biggest thing I'm missing right is a simple drag and drop editor like the email and landing page tools in Hubspot for blog listing and blog posts.    Right now, I have tried to import a template or use the built-in templates to create blog listing/summary pages and blog posts. As a marketer, the visual editor in the design tools is OK but ONLY IF you get a robust template that is coded properly for visual "module editing" and, even at that, it's still time-consuming and not easy or comprehensive. As a small business, I don't have the time to develop the skill or the budget to hire freelancers to customize templates in CSS or build it from scratch.    I really want to use Hubspot to power my overall content efforts but this tool seems out of step with the rest of the software's email and landing page builders. ...read more

The superscript function adds extra padding to the top of the superscript character, which inherently throws off line spacing for the entire paragraph. Since Hubspot only lets you change font size/line spacing for entire sections of text (rather than individual characters), I'm submitting that the superscript function be changed to either eliminate the spacing issue, or at least make it possible to change the font size or line spacing of individual characters. ...read more

I ran a campaign where users were able to download a pdf which linked through to a file in HS file manager.  However there is no ability to track downloads of a PDF/document directly from file manager which means there's no way to manage the effectiveness of the campaign.  Especially since the email was sent from a 3rd party publisher and so I have to rely on their click data rather than my own from HS. ...read more

As a knowledge base article writer, I want to be able to change the "default" access controls for a knowledge base article - so that I can't accidently publish an article that is meant to be for internal lists only to all users.   It would be great to be able to set the access controls based off the category you assign the article to instead of on each article. ...read more
