It should be possible to hide certain properties or even whole areas of properties and only show them when the deal/ticket reaches a certain stage or pipeline. The manage duplicate records view is great but for me in contacts, if the phone or mobile phone numbers do not match then they are not duplicates. Could an extra level be added where this can be accommodated? This would significantly reduce the number of duplicates from just the 'names' being the same. Thanks in advance ...read more

We just noticed that it would be convenient if search results could be edited. Like if next to the telephone number we could add the mobile number. Because you can call someone from your search results it would be awesome to choose what to call.  ...read more

The current CTA pop-up format only allows you to view submissions by individual forms - so if I have several different CTA forms on a single landing page, I will need to go into each seperate form settings to collate submission data.    Can we create a filter option on landing pages in order for us to simply view each form submission 'category/ group' in one area. So under page metrics of the landing page, you'd have filter options with the form names and under each we can see clear data- rather than bouncing back and forth?   Thank you!  ...read more

We often receive emails that are related to either temporary mail domains or known spammer domains. The form checks for email domains in HubSpot is one of three options: 1. reCAPTCHA 2. Deny all domains on the block list 3. Export and import an edited version of the block list to a form field   #2 is not applicable in many cases as the list also included gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com and similar valid non-spam and non-temporary email domains.   #3 is fine, but has a major drawback that it is static. So as soon as I have exported, edited and imported the domains, there are no longer any dymanic update based on HubSpot's list maintenance.   Requirement - make emails domains dynamic so HubSpot list of domains is the basis for a dynamic check - we can configure which of the available domains that we want to allow pass the check - the defined block domain list is applied to all forms where an email is entered - the defined block domain list is checked when a contact's email is added or updated, the user cannot store an email which is on a blocked domain   - Optionally an API call to the API at https://www.stopforumspam.com/ can validate emails and email domains.   For a reference implementation you can see how we have done this on our video training platform uQualio.  ...read more

As disucssed already with HS support currently HS does not allow for proper integration/ connection between my gmail account connected to Outlook (as Outlook allows other email inbox to be connected there). As soon as I download the Outlook add-in it automatically drives to a association with Microsoft 265 account which wouldnt necesarily be true. This should be fix as many gmail users rather to use the connection to Outlook instead the gmail web browser extension. Vital for Sales to track properly the emails.  ...read more

Within the "about this contact" section for a contact you can see their HubSpot score, this is a part of the Lead Scoring property.   It's all well and nice to see they have a score of 50/100, but I want to know why they have achieved this score.   I would like to see a link or a drop down area in which you can analyse the particular properties the contact has ticked off or failed to achieve, this way you can be more granular about a contacts score and use this data to benefit your lead scoring accuracy.     ...read more
