Not sure if htere is a way or not, i couldn't figure it out, so if not, i am hoping that there is a way to create mailing labels easily from hubspot. i don't want to have to export to word, then use word mailing labels, i wish there was a way to just create 5160 avery labels from within hubspot, maybe where it creates a printable 'PDF' with the avery 5160 template size. ...read more

It would be nice to have the ability to bulk edit the same property across multiple web pages.   For instance, if I would like to upload a featured image to 30 web pages, it would be far more time efficient to go onto: Marketing -> Websites -> tick all the pages I want to effect -> click edit -> select a featured image/edit meta description/edit title/etc (which would allow me to make this change across all pages with this field/item).   This would save heaps of time when it comes to making changes to new or pre-existing websites, especially for marketing/content teams that might have to update/edit 100s of pages.  ...read more

Hubspot has an option for :   Create and Associate Companies with Contacts Associate current and newly added contacts with companies based on a contact's email address and a company's domain   It would be helpful to have these options seperated.      For example: I don't want Hubspot to automatically create companies based on the email syntax (mostly because we are creating the company based on API) But I do want the ability to associate contacts-companies.   Because these two options are 1 checkbox, it limits the functionality.    Would love this feature to be researched or any workarounds that you know of.  ...read more

My Customer Success team has struggled to make Custom Objects as valuable as they can be since personalization tokens only work in Custom Object-based workflows.   We'd really like to see Custom Object personalization tokens function in Contact-based workflows, so we can send automated emails to contacts that pull in information from their associated Custom Object and the workflow still retains the "Goals" functionality.   This would allow us to send an email to a contact with information from their associated Custom Object, unenroll them from the workflow if they respond, and use the "contact has replied to a marketing email" trigger for the next step workflows.   On the flip side, it would also be helpful if other workflows had the "Goals" functionality. We have a CTA pop up with three buttons. We need to be able to see which of those buttons is performing best. Right now we can see how many clicks the pop up has in total, but not for each button. We often link to external domains so tracking params will not work for us (e.g. adding a "?content=" param onto a YouTube or FlippingBook link isn't tracked since it's not our domain). I'd love to see a breakdown of clicks similar to the marketing email UI, or (even better!) a way to add a bit of custom JS to the buttons to callback to GTM/GA4. ...read more

We would like access to secure document features. Things like requiring a password for File manager linked documents or offering temporary URLs which expire. We find ourselves using third party tools for this type of functionality and believe it would better our experience. ...read more

Why is it so hard to find out how many contacts fall under each subscription type? Only way I have found to accomplish this is by making a list and the only filters under "Email subscription status" is "contact has opted into all of." There's no option for "any of." So I will have to make numerous lists to get the numbers I want which is simply # of contacts subscribed to each subscription type. ...read more

Within a Conversation Inbox, you can only assign a Conversation to an individual but we would like for the ability to assign a Conversation to a Team so that it could then be round-robin assigned to an individual. Our company has a Tier 1 team that answers most emails that come into our Inbox but there are situations where the client has a question/issue that they cannot answer/fix but is not a complicated thing or something that will take time so associating the Conversation with a Ticket to pass it over to a Tier 2 team simply so it can be round-robin assigned feels a bit excessive. ...read more
