We find our Sales Team creating a New Deal, then often realising that the Contact isn't yet on our databse. Hello,   It is something that I heard that there was a beta. but I can't find anything related. We find on many occasions that a company has 2 or XXX offices spread all over the world. In each of them different employees. It is something that happens to ourselves and to many of our clients. They have many companies with the same name and different addresses without having a union with each other, in addition to different employees in each location. Currently it is done by hand and as I comment there is no union between the 5 locations for example. It would be nice to be able to create a new task from the inbox/chat screen instead of having to open the contact to create a new task any time you reply to an email or engage in a chat.  The contact profile is already there on the screen it would be nice to have this feature added to that area. ...read more

I would love to see Hubspot add the ability to automatically increment a date field.  If it would also allow us to increment the date field by the value in another property that would be even better.  This would allow Hubspot to handle all of our customers' automatic renewals and reduce the chance that one is accidentally overlooked.  For example, we could set a property value to the number of days of the subscription, set a date property to the expiration date, and then Hubspot could automatically create a new deal 45 days prior to the expiration date and automatically increase the expiration date by 365 days so that the entire process happens again next year.  ...read more

It would be nice if HubSpot allowed for the creation of file folders within the attachments CRM card for organizational purposes. Right now, when attachments are included, they do not retain the original file name, if the file could retain it's name this would at least help somewhat. ...read more

the idea is to be able to turn on (or off) a notification option to be received by email, to notify us when a contact chose to unsubscribe from marketing emails. For the moment, I have to create a If/so action in my workflows to be notified about this.   the important thing is to be able to modify those contacts as non-marketing contacts when they unsubscribe, they can do this now but it complicated to be notifed about this. ...read more

Currently, there is no way to CC people for Marketing Email sends.  The workaround is to create a list of the people we want to CC and include them in the "TO".    I feel this is an Important functionality to have for bulk email sends.     Thanks, Josh ...read more
