We currently supress all contacts with a "known" email hard bounce reason from our sequence email lists. However, we have recently been running into an issue where we are seeing a high number of global bounces slipping through the cracks.   The problem is that the contact's email hard bounce reason is blank (not unknown which it really should be), so these contacts aren't excluded from our email lists. We don't know this until we attempt to email them and are met with an error message:   We can then only see that they are globbally bounced upon opening their contact record and seeing the "Contact has bounced globally" message above their name in the left pane: This is frustrating and there has to be a way for HubSpot to create a "global bounce" field so we can supress these names going forward.      ...read more

Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows.     An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email to the contact.  You could create similar workflows depending on the outcome of a call or meeting.   ...read more

The email approval process really needs to either require an email to be re-sent for approval if any edits are made post approval, or turn the ability to edit the email off post approval (meaning a clone would be required to edit and thus approval also required). Thanks! ...read more

Right now, there is only a possibility to send a report via Email once a day. Yes, you can adjust when the email will be sent, but there is no possibility of receiving the report via email more than once per day. In our case, we have that much traffic, I would like to receive a report via Email (also interesting for our client) multiple times per day. Also, there is no workaround workflow-wise. In a workflow I would receive an email for every item entering the workflow, no summed up report. The only solution could be to copy the report several times and set them to report via email at different day times. But this seems pretty inconvenient... Thank you. ...read more

Hi all,   I've contacted Hubspot Support regarding Server Side support and they told me there is no official support (there are some workarounds from 3rd party members). I said thank and if they could relay it to their engineers that Server Side tracking is essential for many companies as cookies are very blocked and many people use ad block. In order to segment customers based on the line items bought, it would be helpful to be able to use Active Lists with criteria based on the line item a contact has purchased. The list criteria options allow you to do this, but no results are returned.
