I notice that when I go to merge duplicate companies, sometimes literally the only difference is that one has only the domain and the other starts with "https://", or that there's just a difference in capitalization. I would imagine this would be an easy fix for a Hubspot developer to lessen your users' workload. Currently the search API has a limit of three filter groups with 3 OR filters within each filter group. This is extremely limiting.  If I have to search for "Deals I own which are open with close data between A and B", this is not possible. The current "Show More" option to view files is not particularly useful when there are a lot of attachments on a given record.   This is especially true when all non-inline attached files are automatically be added to the Attachments section of the record since it also graba any images senders include in their signature.   Furthermore, the "Show More" seems to reveal 2-3 files at once. It can take 10 or more clicks sometimes to get to the desired file.   The ability to see all attachments/files and being able to sort them would be very useful. ...read more

Hello there,   Currently, it's possible for any user to start a trial, regardless of their permissions. For example, if a user does not have Service Hub permissions, they can start a Service Hub trial.   While this seems harmless, the introduction of software in some companies is highly political, especially in Enterprise and Corporate environments.   The fact that a banner is shown that says "You have x days left in your trial" to all users of the portal can put the roll-out of software at risk. IT departments in Enterprise and Corporate companies allows the roll-out of software for certain use cases only. Introducing additional uses cases is putting the relationship with IT and the overall commitment to HubSpot at risk.   In many other parts of the tools, users simply see an error message if they don't have the permissions. I am really not happy with the new social media framework. the look and feel is ok. But there are necessary functions who are not working anymore.  Before when you placed a link in the text you could after change the picture (if you don't want to have the picture from the landing page) and you still had the direct link to the landing page. Now if you change the picture you loose the direct link. If you click on the picture only the picture gets bigger. You have to click the link in the text which is really not user-friendly.   Also you can't change the subline under the picture anymore if you do not want to have the subline from the link. Actually know it just takes as subline the title of the landing page. These two functions work i.e. directly in LinkedIn. I can't understand why this fuctions are not working anymore in the hubspot plattform.   ...read more
