Just like one can bulk enroll contacts in workflows (like from a list of contacts), one should be able to bulk enroll companies in workflows (eg, maybe also from a list or view of companies).   In my use case, I wanted to change the deal stage of all deals associated with a list of companies that had specific characteristics, which I could easily create as a company list or view. The only way I could figure out how to do this was instead put all the criteria for the company list into the workflow trigger, which works, but is not helpful as the workflow would have to be changed every time the company criteria changes. ...read more

At the moment, in a contact view, we can add a filter condition and use an 'AND' to add another condition. Is it possible to add an 'OR' condition?   If the filter conditions we want to make are based on a contacts property, using 'AND' means they both HAVE to be true. I would like the view to show people that have EITHER property to be true.   Unless this is a money grabbing way to get people to upgrade to have to use lists? But this would be simple and really needed for people like us who have upgraded and want this feature in the Views ...read more

With more and more people using mobile devices to consume content, it's time consuming and fiddly for visitors to your website to fill out a multi-field form on a landing page by typing in text on a small screen.    Some other landing page tools (and standalone third party tools) offer a feature where you can have a "sign up using LinkedIn/Google/Facebook/Twitter" to access content, where it then connects with the person's chosen social account and pulls their name and email address (and any other info you choose) from there.    This takes away the typing in of multiple form fields on a small screen and replaces it with a one click experience for users to access gated content via landing pages.    Here is an example from an article discussing this as an easy way to increase landing page conversions:        This is not new technology (the above article is 3 years old). HubSpot's own blog has an article about this from 2014 as well. The ability to assign incoming messages and conversations to different salespeople, in a specific order. Currently, the only way to automatically assign incoming messages to someone is to create a chat flow and assign either "randomly", or assign messages to "the least busy". However, the ability to alternate assignments to salespeople in order, and have the order 'restart' after each salesperson has been assigned a message will help to ensure equal opportunity amongst the salespeople, without manually assigning the messages.  ...read more

It would be great to be able to set defaults for what lifecycle people who come in via HS meetings are set to, whether that's a single lifecycle for all HS meeting links or being able to set defaults based on what team the user is a part of.   Even being able to add lifecycle as a hidden field on the meeting form would be useful. Currently, we have a workflow that sets all those contacts to MQL but every time we have a new sales team member or create a new round-robin meeting link we have to add it to the trigger for the workflow which is painful. Our internal team is working on pulling HubSpot reporting for workflows into Tableau. With that, we want to bring in recency to reporting but currently, we are not able to export a report that includes the send date from HubSpot. Also, the send date is not available within the API. My workaround has been to pull reporting from the email analyze tab and manually assign the dates within a data dump. If we could have the send date added to the report export or the API that would be really helpful.  ...read more

I'm submitting this Idea on behalf of a customer and other Users who actively use the Outlook Sales Add-in. As many users find themselves using Outlook primarily for Sale purposes. Over the years there have been updates to the other HubSpot Sales Add-ins/Extensions (O365 and Google Chrome)  But a few things, in particular, seem to be lacking in the User's experience in Outlook who have to use it. One of the features is the limited ability when using Snippets in the application.   Having the ability to search, sort and use shortcuts in snippets will be extremely helpful especially once your portal reaches a threshold that has too many Snippets to manage in a drop-down to find.    This will make any User's time creating emails and their workflow much more efficient.  This will provide many growth opportunities and workflows for their accounts. They can feel reliable and effective with their email interactions and experience. And also with HubSpot.     If not the ability for shortcuts, a search and sort function could be helpful It would be super helpful to know if this is something that can be added in the future or if there is a reason for the limitations between the Add-in and Outlook for Desktop. I would be extremely usefull if: Changes done to the product library records, SKUs (aka LineItems) could be selectively propagated across the CRM to existing associated records.   Job done: Recently added a new property into the product object and mapped each record accordingly. Expected behaiviour: The user being able to select whether the change to the object should propagate to existing associated records OR only reflect into newly created ones   Concrete Use Case: The added property and its values would help roll up line items for reporting purposes, however the corresponding value for the property will not propagate to line items associated with existing deals. Leaving me with the daunting task of going through the Line Items API and updating 1000s of line items across 100s of deals programmatically.      ...read more
