We mandate our Partner team adds lists with various naming conventions to the appropriate folders, but currently you can't add the folder at list creation, or add it to the form for list creation, either.    To make the folder structure useful, you need to be able to easily add things when creating the list, not do it after the fact. Is there a way to have a select all option when you are creating a multi-select list property type?  We have a State field with all 50 states listed in the drop down options.  It would be great to have a Select All option to be able to check all the options for this kind of field.  Is that something that already exists?  Having that functionality would make for quicker selections if say you have 40 states to select and not all 50 - you could click Select All, then unselect the ones excluded.  thanks! ... I regularly have clients who want either the visual traffic by source report or the table showing conversion data from the default* HubSpot traffic report, but it will not allow you to add it to a lead funnel dashboard for clients and doesn't include either report in default reports. This is a bit mind-blowing! Existing report, would love to hit a plus sign and add to the top of a lead funnel dashboard. Clients don't want to look in 2 places.    Please make these traffic reports available within standard reporting.    *with filters applied!!  ... Mehr anzeigen

The lead object and sales workspace are getting better with feature releases, but to make them really useable, a couple of key features are missing.   The ability for non-sales seat users to be granted lead creation and edit permissions (treat it like other objects) so that the lead summary page becomes useful without a sales seat Users don't need their own sales workspace without a seat, but should still be able to see others' sales workspaces if they have the permission (especially super-admins) The ability to see stats in the sequences tool without a seat We don't need non-sales users to be able to enroll contacts in sequences in their own connected inboxes, or have their own sales workspace to manage their own leads, but sales operations and admin folks need to be able to manage and debug things without a sales seat. ... Currently, it is possible to add specific fields to be displayed at certain pipeline stages. However, there is a key limitation: it is not possible to configure additional conditional logic based on the fields displayed at that stage. For example: At the "Preliminary Analysis" stage, I can configure the "Segment" field as mandatory. However, I cannot add conditional fields based on the value selected in "Segment". This kind of functionality is currently only available in the "Create Deal" form, which makes the management process confusing and fragmented. Suggested Improvements: Conditional fields within pipeline stages: Allow fields to appear conditionally within a pipeline stage based on the value selected in another field (e.g., "Segment"). Unified conditional logic: Extend the existing conditional logic from the "Create Deal" form to pipeline stages, ensuring consistency in how fields are displayed and filled across interfaces. Advanced multi-conditional options: Enable support for multi-conditionals, where field visibility can depend on multiple criteria or values simultaneously. Expected Benefits: Improved user experience by centralizing and simplifying the configuration process. Increased efficiency in deal management at each stage of the pipeline. Avoids confusion and inconsistencies between the "Create Deal" form and the pipeline stage interfaces. Currently, only one telephone number can be stored in the ‘Phone number’ property field. However, contacts often have at least one other telephone number (landline and mobile) that they actively use and that we therefore need to have available in HubSpot.   I would therefore like the ‘Phone number’ property field to function in exactly the same way as the ‘Email’ field, i.e. that several phone numbers can be stored in one field and that one of them is the primary phone number.   We currently use HubSpot in the way that we have 3 property fields for the phone numbers, but we run into ‘problems’ with this in various places. On the one hand, the telephone number is often overwritten in form submissions where the telephone number is requested, as the contacts sometimes enter their landline number and sometimes their mobile number. And secondly, our software, which we use for telephony, only recognises the telephone numbers in the ‘Phone number’ property field for incoming calls. ... Mehr anzeigen

I really like the New Form Editor—it produces much better-looking forms. However, it would be incredibly helpful to have the option to convert old forms created using the Legacy Form Builder into the New Form Editor. This feature would save us the effort of creating entirely new forms when updating them to the new format and allow us to retain the same form URLs.   If we can already convert emails from templates to the drag-and-drop editor, why not have a similar functionality for forms? ... it would be interesting to create a task from a scheduled meetings.  we will use the scheduled meeting to add the comments / results from this meeting, and it would be interesting that we could create a task directly from there, the same as we can do from a logged meeting.  ... Mehr anzeigen
