We would love to unsubscribe contacts from all email via workflow.   Our Sales process makes use of workflows to consolidate common actions through scenarios.  For example, if a lead has decided that they are no longer interested and would like to be unsubscribed from our mailing lists as well, there are several things that we do:   - We assign a Lead Status of "Hard No" - We unsubscribe them from all email - We create a task to remove or disable their trial account. - Etc.   The issue we have is that currently, you cannot unsubscribe someone from all emails via workflow -- only unsubscribe them from individual subscription types.  But what if we add a new subscription type in the future and send emails to everyone in our contacts list?  The contact who asked to be unsubscribed will receive the email for the new subscription type.  Definitely not what we want.   Being able to have complete confidence in the unsubscribe as part of a workflow would be very helpful. ...read more

Request: It would be nice for users/admins if hubspot handled email looping from auto-responses (from us and recipient) better. This would help save time from the below process and avoid recipients (and us) from getting spammed with emails.   Potential resolutions: Auto-delete the duplicate emails and stop sending an auto-response to that recipient to stop the loop Ignore the duplicate emails (i.e. filter) and stop sending auto-response Have a notification that tells admins that the loop is happening so they can stop it immediatley i.e. a threshold of X emails in X minutes with the same recipient/email body Use case: we have auto-responses configured to send out when someone sends an email to our connected inbox for tickets. If the recipient also has an auto-response set up, when they send in a ticket, we send the auto-response, and their auto-response sends us an email, which creates a new ticket, and sends an auto-response to them, and tickets continue to be created. This can also happen when we send email blasts to recipients in hubspot and they have an auto-response set up.   The current process to address this which I think can be imrpvoed: Wait until someone notices an email loop Add the recipient to the deny list in hubspot Delete the emails from the inbox Delete the tickets from hubspot Wait some time (so they do not continue) before removing the reciopient from the deny list   ...read more

Right now in the Marketing Email tab transactional/single send API emails are being labeled as Automated emails, however, when filtering for Automated emails, they do not appear. Currently there is no filter for transactional/API emails, which makes trying to find all the API emails we've set up a tedious task.    ...read more

Our Marketing Associates and BDRs use the view in salesforce link for every single new HubSpot submission. This was recently removed and clearly shows that HubSpot isn't supportive of their clients using SFDC. We now have to read the form, go into SFC and type in the name to access the SFDC record. This is really inefficient. One click used to get what we needed. Please bring it back! ...read more

I would like to make it so that email replies are not accepted for support tickets and instead an email will be sent to direct contacts to the customer portal. That way the customer is 'forced' to use the customer portal and the support process can be streamlined more. When creating custom reports, you have the same font and font size consistent across reports. When having them eamiled to our employees to be used in presentations within PowerPoint, they encouter that the font size is too small. I think being able to change AT LEAST the font size would be wonderful. If they could also build a short radio select with a small library of font types that would be nice as well, but not as important.    Like for example how I was able to enlarge my current text size and change to Times New Roman for this post. 😁 ...read more

Closing tickets is inconsistent and very clunky.   There are far to many screens and they are inconsistent in functionality. 1. If we edit the ticket and choose close at the top of that ticket edit screen, we are prompted to enter the resolution. 2. If we close via the right side of the screen in the Inbox view, it will close the ticket but  there is no prompt for resolution. 3. If we close the ticket from the top of the inbox screen (i.e. Mark as Closed), the ticket will be closed, but the ticket status remains in the "new" ticket state.   So, as mentioned, clunky, and inconsistent in functionality.   Hoping for a quick, consistent, resolution.  ...read more
