Posting on behalf of a customer. It would be good if we could have a list/report filter to filter contacts based on the URL of their clicks in a marketing email   For example: Marketing email activity = Clicked a link that contains meeting.hubspot.   This would be especially helpful if these pages aren't hosted in HubSpot and we are not able to track page views. Right now, we can use the individual marketing emails and their clicks in the emails as a filter, but it's not scalable if a user uses the same link across all emails and wants to check if their customers have accessed the link across any of these emails - They would have to apply this filter for each marketing email and each link.   Thanks team! ...read more

I need to cc people on marketing emails. For example, sometimes I need to send a marketing email to a business owner w/ a cc of that email to their assistant. Simply adding the assistant to the recipient list on the marketing email does not achieve my goal.  In my example, both the owner and assistant need to see that the other has been copied. It would be great to have an option to automatically update the "Amount" field on a deal record to the Quote Amount.    By default, if you add a discount to a quote, the quote amount after the discount does not automatically update the Amount on the deal the quote is associated to.    As a workaround, you can leverage a Quote-based workflow to copy the Quote amount to the associated deal amount.  ...read more

I want to generate a report of all of the meetings I have scheduled this year. I was just told on the phone that there is not a way to generate the report.  We had to export the dashboard and apply a filter to Upcoming Meetings to get the data but I cannot export the data in a way that I can then easily copy and paste into an excel file. We need to add 'Quote Publish Status' as a datapoint in the 'Deal Enrollment Trigger' list. This way teams can move deals automatically into 'Quoted & Follow Up' once a quote is published. ...read more

Would love to have the ability to trigger a workflow based on user permissions so that we could utilize workflows to trigger internal content to compay-wide users. Original Source is an amazing tool that really helps the marketing team get the props they deserve!   The limitations are frustrating though... If I organize and hold a Webinar and then upload a CSV of the attendees it counts as 'offline sources' - which basically means from that view that the salesperson did all the work to get them. Not true!   I am able to make a workflow to change the Original Source to Other Campaigns - but I can't do a drill-down of what exact webinar or campaign that was from. It seems like a simple fix to be able to add an option to    So when we say 'what campaigns brought in the most money' we can say this exact webinar brought in XXX - yes on the campaign level you can see that, but it's not entirely accurate because that contact could have just gotten an email about the webinar and their deal is attributed to that campaign - so it's not concrete data.    If there was original source - Other Campaigns - March Webinar - the march webinar brought in $XXXXXX that would be a much better way to show how much money we brought in specifically for that tactic     Thank you for coming to my TedTalk  ...read more

At some point in an early 2021 iOS mobile app update, Hubspot removed the ability to edit notes -- including call log notes -- on the app. This functionality used to exist prior to February 2021, and I cannot be the only user globally who would like this feature back.    It seems that not being able to edit notes of any kind on mobile is "expected behavior" in Hubspot's eyes. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Mobile-Application/Editing-notes-on-app/m-p/408727/highlight/true#M...   Let me be so bold as to suggest to the Hubspot development team that the ability to EDIT notes of any kind -- calls, tasks, etc. -- should be DEFAULT "expected behavior" of any app. ...read more
