When you link a product from the product library to a deal, the item does not remain "linked". When saying this, I mean that if you change any facet of the product in the product library, it has absolutely no impact to the product within the deals themselves. I would propose that if you are linking a product to a deal from the library, it should remain linked, and therefore be altered whenever changes are made to the product library. To quell anyone's possible concerns over this, a possibility to toggle on/off as to whether the product is linked could be useful. That way, the product can either remain linked, or it will merely take the results from when you first pulled the information.

There are Hubspot fields for Last outgoing Marketing email but not one for Last outgoing Sales email. When managing leads and even customers, an ability to see when the last time a rep reached out to that contact in lists, or automation, etc, would be extremely helpful.

It would be great if, when using a deal filter to create a dynamic list, we could choose between "One of" or "All of". For exemple, i would like to be able to filter all contacts which only have deals of a certain type.

When I create an ad and promote post on FB, system automatically gives a name "HubSpot - Promoting xx post on 2020-xx-xx" which does not give much of information, especially looking at reports. So I have to change the name in HubSpot then in FB manager as well.. Would it be possible, when I create an ad from social media post, I could give a name for the ad so that we could understand what this post is about?

As a sales representative, I would like to quote my company quotation number (in deal properties) instead of the HubSpot reference. As a sales representative, I would like to indicate under the price table both the price to be invoiced in each case and the total price over the term of the contract, so that my customers have a clear picture of the costs.

Hi, As I've been using Hubspot for some time already (2 years), I realized that it will help me a lot if I would be able to filter within the sequence and see the status of the contact I am searching for. Sometimes I just see that a contact bounces but not why it does, and I go to investigate a bit more (go to the sequence section and look for the contact), it takes me a lot of time to find that contact (if I have 300 people enrolled there). I talked with my colleagues, and they have the same flow. So our proposal is to have a flow like: Go to Sequences --> Select specific Sequence --> Filter options (like a search bar that allows you to find a specific person).

At the moment, if we start a queue of tasks, the context of which queue this is is not displayed. With our sales, a sales person may be on a task queue, and then is interrupted by a higher priority task. When they come back it'd be good to see which queue they are working on. Quite a simple change, here's a suggested mockup.

I'd imagine this is a huge revenue stream for HubSpot, however, I'm finding a number of good fit potential users for HubSpot put off by the sheer increase in price per 1,000 contacts. I find this quite a dated approach with marketing software, and although I'd imagine this cost is to reflect server space, it does hinder the pull of HubSpot in my opinion. Inbound is all about working with warm leads, however, there are businesses with datasets of 20/30/40,000 users that they engage with sporadically depending on the time of year. If there were to move onto HubSpot, the cost would be crippling. They want all the bells and whistles that come with the Hubs, but the contact upkeep isn't justifiable. It also doesn't make sense when the Free CRM can have 1 million contacts free, which you're then penalized on when you want to move onto the Hubs. Perhaps I've missed something, but it doesn't make sense to me. Let me know your thoughts and whether you agree with this idea or not.
