Hello,   As described here, when user load a CRM contact page, if a custom cards is defined for an Hubspot app (app from Hubspot marketplace), Hubspot makes an outbound request to the app everytime. It could be interessting to limit useless calls adding the functionnality for developpers to define a condition to make the outbound request.   For example, make the outbound request only if contact property "postal code" (for example...) exists. I would like to be able to have company workflows enrolled based on contact criteria. For example I would like a task or notification to trigger once all of the contacts I have at a company have finished their sequences. It would be so great if the cursor would automatically land on the search bar when we go to the Company or Contacts page. Now we have to go to those pages, then move our mouse to the search box.    It would also save a step if you moved the company filter back to the Contacts page. With the new change, we have to click on Filters then uncheck the Company, then go back to the search. Based on what we do professionally, our business is limited to certain states here in the USA. So when a visitor from a state we don't do business in chimes in on chat, we'd like to know that in advance, so we don't spend time interacting with them. I know it sounds harsh, but we're a two-person company, and do lots of jobs in addition to monitoring chat so we need to focus our time on people who could become clients.    We'd also like to know what page they're actively on while chatting with us so again, we can determine if it's worth our time. While on chat, we also direct visitors to certain resources on our site, and would like the ability to see if they successfully visited the page we directed them to. Knowing what page they were currently on would allow us to do that.    We had these features in Olark, our previous chat provider, so I know it's possible. And I do understand I could set up a "screening bot" to ask them where they're located, but I don't want to create a barrier for someone if they might not be comfortable sharing that info. Set up the Token to identify the Product (by name, SKU, etc.) and update the Deal by associating this product with the Deal.    As an example of usage - we've created a Form in Hubspot and it has a dropdown menu with our services, so we set up a Workflow which updates our Deal with new info from the brief (HS Form) but cannot link the Product. That feature would be very helpful.   HS Forms are awesome, but having a possibility to add a Product choice would be helpful.  ...read more

HubSpot's "Bot Filtering" does not seem to be as robust as Google Analytics's. We use a cookie management provider that crawls our website for cookies. It does not filter out this bot.   Since the bot uses dynamic IPs, we can't put in a static list to filter out either. A possible solution would be the ability to filter out User-Agent strings, since the crawler bot is identifiable by a User-Agent string. ...read more
