We are continuously getting complaints from our customers about their experience with Hubspot chat on mobile as they struggle to close the welcome message for Hubspot Conversations   The tappable area of the 'x' is too small for peoples fingers so they keep on opening the chat instead of closing it. Please could you increase the size of the tappable area for the 'x'. You don't need to make the 'x' bigger. Just increase the tappable area. This won't change the functioanlity at all of the chatbot at all. It just improves the user experience.   Possible solutions:   1) On our website, we make a div with padding around the 'x' clickable as shown in the screenshot below.   2) Another option is to add an :after element to increase the tappable size as suggested here: https://css-tricks.com/enhancing-the-clickable-area-size/   Please I beg you to make these changes. We are unable to override the hubspot css as the chat widget is in an iframe. I have tried switching off the chat but that dropped our conversion rate. The system optimizer provides a list of Subtopic Keywords, which is great, but as soon as I use one of them, the list disappears and I cannot find the remaining ones to work into my content. We currently use the multi-language grouping to nest together with the same web pages and landing pages but we still use a specific naming convention for each page to easier find the relevant one. It would be super helpful if you could click on an active delay in workflows and be able to see a list of the companies/deals/contacts being held there. Currently, it just shows the number. I know you can find this information in the history section, but this means trawling through all the other information. When our team emails people from their contact profile, their sent email shows up as a new message in the Conversations Inbox. This clutters the inbox and actually takes up time from the team to close out the messages. Wouldnt it be great to have thos possibility: -Connect Hubspot with my smartphone -Start a call on the desktop in my browser -But phoning on the desktop, in reality my mobile and my Flat on my mobile is used? But i can do the call on the desktop and do also the recording of the call in the browser?   Is that already possible? Here's the scenario... I create a task titled "Call Customer A". The AI automatically changes it to a Call task. When I use the task queue (which is always from my laptop) and this task comes up, it has a pop-up window prompting me to enter my phone number as it will "Automatically log calls with HubSpot, Record calls straight to your CRM so you can keep all your conversations in one place." I make calls on my mobile and do not want to call through my laptop. I need to close this reminder with every call task.     Or I when I create the task titled "Call Customer A" and it automatically changes it to a call task I need to click the drop-down and change it back to a task. But then I need to manually add the call when I run through the queue. Now taking 2 clicks extra for each call task. Plus when I come to the task, I need to manually open the "Log Call"   I registered my cell number to see if that would help. And now a pop up comes up wanting to call through my laptop. I can not log any data about the call and need to close the window and add it manually again. This requires 3 mouse clicks for each call task.   I know I can add my number, I see this pop-up hundreds of times per week. Give me a checkbox to opt-out from seeing this message!!!  ...read more
