it would be great to add a feature to the Office 365 add-in, it should be able to send marketing and automated workflow emails directly from the Office 365 mailbox and embed a tracking bit in the email for tracking and bounce back purposes.   this should solve the issue with emails going to spam as it will be sent from the mailbox itself not from the HubSpot server "as" the mailbox which is mostly being marked as a spoofing email.   Thanks.       ...read more

I'd like to be able to see what role a contact has in the right tab of the Company View. As of now it only gives med Name, Company name and e-mail address. To see the rest I have to click the contact or use the Preview button.   To make things faster/easier it would be good if you could customize this to list whatever properties you'd like just as you can on the contact/company view left tab or atleast limit it to 5 property options. ...read more

I think a mistake as been made when creating the sidebar-navigation link list. Reporting, Marketing calendar, Social posts , Lists , Deprecated and In development all share the same link. It's just a little copy-past mistake I guess, it will be easy to fix. ...read more

It would be great if we allowed users to select whom a feedback response should come from so that they can respond as an alias rather than the user's email address.  At the moment, the ability to select the  reply from email address  is limited to the first time a thread is created (i.e. the first time you respond to each feedback response). I think HubSpot needs to add a property that Identifies if contacts are currently bouncing. Not if they have ever bounced. Currently, we see the past and future together, no way to identify if contact is currently bouncing.  This way we can create a list and filter "currently bouncing" and easily see which contacts are bouncing so this can be corrected for future marketing emails. ...read more

There should be an option under contacts where you are able to move the contact from being filtered under one view to be viewed under a different view. It would be easier to be able to move specific contacts to different views rather than having to make a brand new view and importing the contacts everytime. This would be helpful especially if companies are growing their contact portfolio. ...read more
