We want to create a report that shows all the visitors to our website and how many click the CTA and become a deal so that we have everything all in one place. Unfortunately right now the traffic data and the customer data seem to be completely separate. In the social media calendar view we now see all scheduled and posted posts from all three of our business units. That makes it extremely confusing. We miss the option to select per business unit. We saw that we can first filter by channel (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and then by channel owner (so actually business unit), but then you miss a complete overview of all social media for that account. We have multiple pages that were created using the old landing page editor. The new landing page editor has more layouts, modules, and plug-and-play design functionality. Unfortunately, the only way to migrate these old pages to the new editor is to recreate them. Since many of these are our most highly trafficked and lead-generating pages, this solution does not work as it causes a mess with redirects and relinking content already linked to these.    It would be great if HubSpot would integrate the new landing page editor features with the old so that our old landing pages can be modernized without using code.  ...その他を表示

Though my post may be in the wrong CATEGORY...   The newly introduced Notes feature in HubSpot CRM makes it LOOK LIKE I'm sending an email TO the person.   I'm NOT doing that... I'm typing a note TO MYSELF... and every time I do it, I have to double check that I'm not inadvertently emailing my private, personal thoughts TO the prospect/client.   Even though there is a small box that reads: "For" ... it's too similar to an email prompt that reads: "To"   This latest UX by the HubSpot CRM product team is BAD UX.  Find a more intuitive way to assure the user of HubSpot CRM that we are, in fact, typing a NOTE TO OURSELVES ... and NOT (Heaven Forbid) sending those thoughts out as emails.     Thanks. ...その他を表示

TLDR: Email "subject" in browser notification should be a link to the email record.   When I send an email to multiple people, I get a browser notification that says that "someone" opened an email with a "subject." It would be fabulous if the email subject was a link to the email record.   As I have optimized subjects line for my cold outreach, I have many recipients of emails with the same subject line, that then respond, cc'ing others on their team.   Now I have lost the tracking that I had when I sent the email to one person and the notification is pointless. ...その他を表示

Hi  The Phone number property is a Hubspot one so I can't change this. I am currently creating workflows as a workaround for removing spaces and dashes in phone numbers.  It would have been ideal if I could have added to Fix formatting Issues - automation rules but its not listed. Is there a way to stop spaces or dashes in phone numbers at the time of creation? Would be good to have Thanks G   ...その他を表示

I do not integrate with any texting apps so I do not receive SMS. When someone texts my number, it comes through and no error message is sent. This makes it safe to assume that I am receiving the messages.  ...その他を表示
