We're looking at creating a comprehensive dashboard for the commercial team and one thing we've run into is the inability to report accurately on tasks. At the moment, we can report on whether a particular contact has a task assigned to them, but not when that task became overdue. As we are trying to align our Sales and Marketing efforts, one of the things that we're working on is the ability to report on how quickly MQLs are being followed up with and we plan to do this with the use of tasks. Therefore, it would be great if that feature could be implemented into the reporting - knowing there are tasks assigned isn't enough, we also need to know how many overdue tasks there are.
