Billing Frequency is necessary on quotes to accurately calculate the Amount. However, when displaying Billing Frequency on the quote to your customer, it appears lowercase. This might be nit-picky but we would prefer to not send this with lowercase letters as it looks bad.   ...その他を表示

Im new to my It companyt and my CEO has me going throug all of the Cosed Lost deals to change them to Closed Won. She says; It's a problem within the product.  My question is how can I resolve this or do you need to?  My fix is scrolling through every deal and changing the Stage to Closed Won, which is taking too long.  HELP Please! ...その他を表示

Previously when you got tagged in HubSpot you would receive an email outlining the content of the tag and you would choose to open HubSpot.    Now when you receive the email it just says something along the lines of "you have been tagged in HubSpot" with no context and therefore you MUST go into HubSpot.    This is an unnecessary and unwanted step as I want to be able to look at my email and decide whether a response is necessary. All this is doing is opening more and more tabs and bogging down my computer.   This should be a per user setting that they get to choose to enable if they want the content of that tag/note/call etc to show in their email or if they want it to just automatically direct them to HubSpot.    Or even better be able to mark a note or call as 'contains PHI' so the email notification prompts you to go into HubSpot to view it or automatically detects PHI such as birthdays, credit cards, passwords, etc and blurs it out or puts XXX over it ...その他を表示

It would be important to allow full control of the Forms permissions, as we currently have with all the rest of the marketing tools.    At the moment we can only give full or no access to the forms.  ...その他を表示

Hi, I would love to be able to email meeting participants via the actions dropdown in the Hubspot meeting activities. Right now, if I want to stay in Hubspot and I want to send an email to all participants of a centain meeting, I have to start a new email and select all meeting participants individually. This is quite the pain with a lot of participants. The email will also not have any direct connection to the meeting. I could do the same in e.g. google calendar, but then I have to leave Hubspot and the options there are quite limited (no new links in the meeting-mail, etc.). I want to be able to click on the dropdown and with one button have a new email open that already has all participants in the recipient field + have some basic meeting info attached to the meeting. This is not supposed to be for auto-reminders, but rather for a notice if the meeting has to be cancled or if I want to send a follow-up mail after a meeting.
