Idea: Please Up VOTE Deal tokens that can be automated (like all the other tokens)  that are directly linked to the the "Attachments" section and the HS User can choose from any one of the attachments that are already uploaded.  (So it would provide a  Multiple check box list of the files that are of docs only uploaded to that deal and would allow access to-- So if you have more docs there would be more checkboxes correlating to the # of files in the attaachement folder, if you had fewer docs you would have less checkboxes correlating to that attachment folder so that  )    I deal with the same vendors with specific contract files for a particular deal but might be dealing with them on multiple deals. So I  frequently and need to send multiple emails back and forth and edit emails that could easily be automated if A token could be added to make this process more streamlined to include docs as part of the automation.     And as part of that It would allow us to customize the file name  like" download files here"  or "Purchase and Sale Agreement Package"  - and it would then go to a link just like to docs viewer you already have with all the files in one place     ...read more

Almost everything in HS is sorted by newest first.  The activity on contact records and company records is all sorted newest first.  The conversations in the inbox are also sorted by newest first.  BUT..... When you select a conversation in the inbox, suddenly the newest message in the conversation is now at the bottom.  Why?  Please make it all consistent!     ...read more

The ability to remove defaulted properties that are viewable on the sidebar of contacts, deals, and companies for super admins. This would be beneficial because while some data may be really pertinent for marketing, the sales team doesn't want certain data to clog their view. When drafting emails and using numbered lists, sub bullets are correctly updated to flip from numbers to letters (i.e. Changing from 1, 2, 3 to a, b, c in the sub bullets). This currently does NOT work in Snippets, which then impairs the effectiveness of the Snippit if I have to override it after adding it to an email, or if I leave it and it's now inconsistent with other information I've already put in the email. ...read more
