From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

This request is referring to this feature: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/set-up-an-email-frequency-safeguard   At the moment, the email frequency safeguard applies to regular emails and automated emails without further customization options.   This lack of additional settings typically makes the email frequency safeguard too aggressive. Once the specified number is hit, emails are suppressed. This is problematic in some scenarios: Certain types of promotion are more important than others. Some companies want nurturing emails to go out but additional promotion beyond that nurturing suppressed. There aren't any options to force out important emails and ignore the frequency safeguard - without disabling it entirely.   The email frequency safeguard would be a lot more useful if the following were possible: Setting in the marketing email editor to ignore the email frequency safeguard (essentially allowing single emails to bypass the safeguard) = allowlist Options to specifically mark emails that should be suppressed in case of a too high email volume = blocklist Settings to delay marketing emails for up to X days to not violate email frequency safeguard settings Overview / dashboard of marketing emails suppressed due to frequency safeguard (which marketing emails were most affected by it?) According to HubSpot's Support team, whether a HubDB created Page appears in the XML Sitemap or not can only be controlled at subfolder level.    We have a scenario where a parent page should be indexed by search engines, but the many pages within the subfolder should not. Unfortunately, this means the entire subfolder of content has to be included in the sitemap so that the parent page is easily indexed.    We've added a noidex code to the subpages, but at scale this is a huge number of pages we're telling search engines to crawl via the XML sitemap, only to then say "don't index".   And the result is that we have thousands of these noindex pages clogging up Google's crawls of the site, and significantly delaying the indexation of new content.    A solution like a Yes/No column in the HubDB table that says "Include XML Sitemap" would be ideal. We've tried developing one, but it is not being recognised by HubSpot and is being overridden by the Subfolder rule mentioned above. ...read more

Currently, in a random split branch in workflow, HubSpot enforces an equal distribution. Frequently I have to identify the Automations that are triggered by form submissions.  It would be really helpful in completing this work if the list view for Forms has a "Used In" column similar to the one we have for properties.  This should include Workflows that are triggered by the form submisison as well as Lists and Views that use the form submission as filter criteria.    This would also help identify any assets that might be impacted by editing or deleting a form. ...read more

It would be great if Hubspot had an in-built AI tool to adjust the english language on emails, landing pages etc. for different markets, such as, UK, Canada and US, who all use different variants of ENG words!  If this tool could use the country of the contact to alter the spelling, even better!  ...read more

1. This would be mainly for marketing (lead generation) but would have a direct impact on the sales and service department, which uses a CRM adapted to the automobile sector. 2. The aim is to synchronize leads (those generated with hubspot tools) with CRMs designed for the automobile industry. This synchronization can be done easily, simply by making it possible to send an automated e-mail following the submission of a form filled in by a lead in Auto-lead data format to a specific ADF address. (see point 5) 3. The value this would add is not measurable, it would enable automation and connectivity between sales and marketing tools for automobile companies using similar systems. 4. ADFs are practically standard in the automobile industry when it comes to lead and customer data management. Activix is the CRM I use. 5. Here's an example of a situation where this would be useful. In preparation for an event or promotion, a landing page is created with a CTA directing to a form to generate a lead. It is very much needed to have the possibility to edit the ticket owner in the Helpdesk in bulk.   For example if an employee leaves the company and open tickets should be handed over the another colleague. Or if open unassigned tickets need to be divided between colleagues. Now we have too many clicks to change the owner in bulk. ...read more

For one-to-one emails, HubSpot enables this option by default for any user that connects their personal email address:     For admins, there currently aren't any options to disable this for all users or for select users (that I'm aware of). Each user must disable this checkbox individually.   For some HubSpot customers, certain types of one-to-one emails do not require an unsubscribe link. Typically, ticket and customer service communication falls in this category of communication. For a customer reaching out to customer support, it's strange to receive a reply that suggests unsubscribing.   This becomes a bigger problem the larger the support team in a company. For each new support team member, an admin has to keep in mind that during their onboarding, they should disable this option.   Please either create an option under Settings > Privacy & consent or include an options within presets so that admins can disable and enable this settings in bulk for users. ...read more
