Hello, Hubspot! It would be great to have an integration in place to answer online reviews about our businesses within the Helpdesk feature, including Google reviews, Facebook reviews, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc. The dream would be that each review we get on Google, for example, a Hubspot ticket is created in the Helpdesk. The agent can reply just like an email or form submission, and then the reply is posted to Google as if we were replying from Google directly. Is this possible with the way Hubspot is now or is this something that can be considered in the near future?
