Users should have the option to disable Breeze's suggested properties in HubSpot's report builder. Currently, Breeze's AI-powered suggestions appear automatically, which can be distracting or irrelevant for some users. A toggle in settings to enable/disable these suggestions would improve the reporting experience for those who prefer manual property selection. Today's focus | Meeting Scheduler (5 pain points)   WareSpace uses the meeting scheduler for leads to book a tour (a.k.a. "meeting") and see our all-inclusive small warehouse spaces at one of our 12 – and growing – locations across the United States in person.   1. Hardcoded Meeting URLs 👉 Meeting links must be tied to a HubSpot user...but there isn't a way to update the user tied to the meeting link. What if that person leaves the company? I am either stranded with a URL I no longer won’t to use, or I have to start a fresh Meeting link and lose all of the conversion metrics.   2. Cancel and Reschedule Links 👉 Currently, there is only a toggle to add the Cancel/Reschedule links in the Meeting Confirmation email. I believe most companies take advantage of the "Reminder" emails leading up to the Meeting Date to increase show-rate. Guess what isn't an option? The Cancel/Reschedule links. Right now a contact's only option for cancelling/rescheduling is to search for the original confirmation email.   3. Cancel and Reschedule Behavior 👉 Currently, if someone Cancels/Reschedules via the link in the confirmation email, our team members need to manually find and delete the meeting. Why is that?   4. Option to set Contact owner as Meeting Host via Meeting tool 👉 I've built a custom solution to copy the value of the Host from the last meeting booked in meetings tool to the Contact owner property. This seems to work most of the time, but it has hiccups. I would love a setting in the meeting tool where we can set the contact owner when the meeting is booked. This would also allow as to assign the Meeting link to a "location" – rather than a user – and set the contact owner + book the meeting to the associated user's Outlook. Perfect solution for when one of our GM's backfill during a PTO, etc.   5. Cancellation Email Bug??? 👉 We need design control over the Cancellation email. Currently, when someone cancels an email, the contact receives the confirmation email with "Canceled:" appended before the subject line. I need to send recurring emails of report data to people who do not have access to reporting part of hubspot.  It would be great if we could just automate sending the image of the report or a link to just the static data of that report without having to log into hubspot and have access to reporting. ...read more

With the required transition from the Legacy Behavioral Events to the New Custom Events we are finding two critical functions missing from the new experience. We had the ability with Legacy to do the following. 1. Unable to re enroll using a New Custom Event. As you can see, we have been able to do this with Legacy Events.   2. We could lean into List Membership for re enrollment BUT there are limitations with the New Custom Events when it comes to date parameters for the events when we want to say 'has not completed in X amount of time'. You can see that we have been able to do this with Legacy Events, but now unable to with New Custom Events Also, we would rather not always use lists for re enrollment. We do use lists for other purposes, so not having the date parameters available on both the 'completed' and 'has not complete' limits the usability. The LOSS of these functions are especially felt due to having been able to do thess things with Legacy events. It creates challenges to rebuild and transition our set up with the New Custom Event feature. Please address this ASAP, makes no sense to lose functions with an updated feature. ...read more

In short: Add the ability to view and reply to chats in Slack with the Helpdesk Slack integration, to mirror how it used to be with the legacy inbox Slack integration. Maybe this could be a toggle between posting comments or chat replies to Slack.   The legacy integration between Hubspot and Slack for inboxes allowed you to handle incoming visitor chats right in Slack - this meant seeing and responding to chats right in the Slack thread created by Hubspot for a specific chat. Helpdesk, while it also has a Slack integration, only allows internal comments to be communicated back and forth between Slack and Hubspot. If you keep the legacy inbox system and opt not to use Helpdesk, you miss out on key features. This could be a toggle when a user is configuring their Slack integration - perhaps they can toggle whether or not they want comments or chat replies to post to Slack. Currently, ACH payments are only available to be received in HubSpot payments by US HubSpot accounts.  Stripe supports ACH payments to be received by companies outside the US.  It would be helpful if HubSpot is able to match this ability.   ...read more

In the future, it would be incredibly helpful if HubSpot forms could allow users to create multiple contacts from a single form submission. Use Case Example: Imagine a scenario where a customer is filling out a form on behalf of someone else, or needs to provide information for multiple stakeholders, such as their manager, billing contact, company owner, or other relevant parties. Proposed Solution: Add a “+” or “Add Contact” button to the form, allowing users to dynamically add more contact fields as needed. When clicked, a pop-up or conditional section appears where the user can enter the details for the additional contact (name, email, role, etc.). All submitted contact details are processed and create separate contact records in HubSpot, linked to the original submission. Benefits: Streamlines data collection for group registrations, event sign-ups, or any scenario involving multiple stakeholders. Reduces friction for customers who need to provide information for more than one person. Improves data accuracy by capturing all necessary details in one go. Example Workflow: User fills in their own details. Clicks “Add Contact” to include their manager’s information. Optionally adds more contacts (billing, owner, etc.) as needed. It would be great to have an option in the round robin meeting tool to set a 'fallback user' if the main user is unavailable or out of office. I understand we can do round robin meeting links and set up weighted distributions, but our use case is more that all meetings should be allocated to a specfic user unless they are unavailable at the requested time or or out of office, in which case we would want to show other user's availability.  ...read more
