We would love to have the ability to modify the design of the lead capture notification emails we get when a user completes a form.  The current Hubspot branding and noreply@hubspot.com email doesn't add to the UX for our internal team. And as we use gmail, it automatically gets marked with [EXTERNAL].      Ideally, if we could upload a header image and sender email that would greatly improve the UX for our team.  ...read more

In some cases, there is a need to open an external application from one place or via a Hubspot, either in the form of a direct link or another (Open App). Then when we want to add a shortcut, we can add it via settings, after that, the custom button will appear in the property section or parallel to the call, meet, note, etc. button. In addition to the desktop version, the Button will appear on mobile HubSpot too. Our practice has it's own domain name for emails that is set up through an Outlook server. When sending Sales emails to clients, the email appears to come from some string of letters/numbers @ outlook.com rather than the true sender's email address.   The support team informed me there is no workaround becuase we already had the suggested workaround in place and it did not work.   My idea: allow any company with any domain name to attach their emails to the sales inbox so that recipients get an email from our company and do not think it is spam. ...read more

Hey, during my workflow, I often check to see if there are dupes from the company page, under actions. In my field we deal with SMBs across all 50 states and there are often companies with identical names (ex A1 Towing). It would be great to see more information than just name on this merge screen. Adding the address or the state would help greatly to differentiate between acutal dupes and companies with identical names.   I believe this would help any users who are dealing with SMBs, cities and government entitities... how many Springfeild Fire Departments are there in the USA alone?   Thank you! ...read more

Today report can be filtered on "owners" only, but with the ability to create new properties based on "Hubspot User Type" it's becoming reductive to no been able to filter on these.... ...read more

Almost everything in HS is sorted by newest first.  The activity on contact records and company records is all sorted newest first.  The conversations in the inbox are also sorted by newest first.  BUT..... When you select a conversation in the inbox, suddenly the newest message in the conversation is now at the bottom.  Why?  Please make it all consistent!     ...read more
