Hi, The goal here is to fully automate the preparation and sending of automated emails to multiple ticket contacts, not just one. Currently when a ticket is submitted, the only way to associate more contacts to the ticket is manually through a ticket agent doing so. So if we want automatic emails to be sent to multiple contacts related to the ticket, it has be done manually, and for the confirmation email that we created, that gets sent immediately so there is no chance for a ticket agent to add beforehand the additional associated contacts. A few of our clients prefer communication to include all of their key contacts.
