When using the Hubspot Sales (Outlook Add-in), it should be possible to click on an Outlook contact (go to Outlook's "People" tab and select a contact) and while viewing the contact in Outlook, be able to bring up a HubSpot Sales side panel and click a button to "Add Contact To HubSpot".   This would significantly improve the richness of the contact in HubSpot as there is so much more detail available in the Outlook contact than is available when uploading the contact info to HubSpot from the Outlook email inbox where you get the email address and (if you are lucky), a few properties that could be gleaned from an email signature. ...read more

It would be very helpful if we could create parent-child properties for ticket pipeline   We have the standard ticket pipeline property as well as a 2nd property to drill down on the pipeline issue - there is no way to link the options available under the 2nd property to the option selected in the pipeline - so lets say I selected option X in the pipeline, I would like the options available in the child property to be X1, X2, X3 etc (ie the options for selection are linked to the option I selected in the pipeline property) and not every single option in the drop down list of the property (ie not Y1, Y2, Y3, Z1, Z2, Z3 etc) which relate to other dropdown options in the ticket pipeline property   Not sure how well I am explaining this, but this fuctionality is available in every other CRM I have used, so I am surpirsed its not possible in Hubspot ...read more

Hi there,   I know Hubspot has recently added the functionality to pause workflows, but the soonest you can pause is the next day. I'd like the ability to pause a workflow then and there. There can be scenarios when a company is facing some technical issue with its product and does not want contacts to be receiving emails (through workflows) that invite them to sign up to their product until the issue is fixed. Having the ability to pause it immediately will preventing any emails going out in the interim. ...read more

We really like the insights tool that prepopulates company data, and even the logo, but it seems to not be working for any government based organisation in NSW - specifically with a .nsw.gov.au domain.    For example, if I was to add a local government body with a domain ending in .nsw.gov.au, they would be created as "NSW Government" rather than as the local Government name. This issue only seems to be happening for the state of NSW. Wondering if a developer can take a look at this to have it fixed?   ...read more

Previous switch from List View to Contacts for further refinement   We used to be able to create an active list and then by simply going from the saved list to the main contacts page it would start with that list so we could start refining. It was small but helpful, even if it just becomes an update from a saved list to further modify and play around in Contacts where things are less accurate but quicker estimates.  ...read more

  We have contact us forms creating tickets from several different branded site domains.  We have an inbox for each brand, and a separate email for each brand & inbox.   The tickets are all routed to one central pipeline.  so CSRs may be working a ticket for one brand and then another brand right after it. We are operating multi-doman with 8 brands in one account.  8 Pipelines in Service Hub corresponding to each service email address (support @brand.com, etc.)   Currently, that means when operating tickets, the CSRs have to remember to change the from address to the correct brand based on the ticket pipeline.    We want to create a customer ticket information property that is auto set when the form comes in with the "from" email address by brand. (easy)   Here is the question, can we have the new customer property auto populate the "FROM" address for any email reply sent on that ticket?             ...read more

On some deals we have many contacts. We want to keep all the contacts that could potentially be involved in a deal to be sure we capture any activity history with these contacts.    But generally when doing sales or account management activities we only need to email a certain group of contacts. It would be great to be able to set a group of contacts that automatically input emails in the TO section when clicking the email icon if they are part of a selected group on the deal.    The current process requires us to click the email icon and then search through the list of contacts to find the correct person.  ...read more
