Hi there folks   I believe within HubSpot users can customise Deal cards and the properties that appear there, per the post here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Customise-Deal-Pipeline-Cards/m-p/288436#:~:text=Users%20must%20have%20Account%20and,%2C%20Tickets%2C%20or%20Custom%20objects.   But this seems to be configured specifically per the individual pipelines (For accounts with a Professional or Enterprise subscription), for example here: https://prnt.sc/V6tPA8NS8qgG   It would be helpful if we could customise this per each deal stage within a pipeline, and not simply on a per-pipeline basis. At the moment it is not possible to respond to surveys from a specific email account, if it is only connected to the HelpDesk. It is only available for email acounts connected to the Inbox. We are unable to change the position of the figures shown on the graphs we use. THe Won business doesnt show at the bottam of the graph making it hard to see the definate business to provisional business. It would be gresat if this can be changed. ...read more
