It would be great if, when you've sent a marketing email, you could see the excluded lists as well as the included lists so you know you've definitely added the exclude list(s).    This is alleviate any panic and cancellation of the email you've just sent to make sure. It's definitely on me rather than HubSpot, as I should be double checking anyway. But I always doubt myself when sending to a lot of people so having something to alleviate that doubt at that point would be lovely.  ...read more

Assuming a deal is on stage A, one of my users needs to manually create a Task for that Deal (create a Task, wait until the due date, then complete the Task and then create a new Task, then wait to the due date and complete that task, then create new Task ...) In theory it will take place indefinitely as long as the Deal is still in stage A. But when that deal moves to stage B or another stage, the user won't need to create the new Task again. I know that with a finite process of Tasks, the best way is to create a workflow to create Tasks automatically. And I've also created many such workflows in the past for finite Tasks. However, since Hubspot currently has no way to create infinite Tasks, I have to let my users create Tasks manually. The important thing here is that I want to manage my users to make sure they have created this type of Task fully. For example, when they finish an old Task, and the Deal is still on stage A, asuming that they don't create a new Task, I want there is a way for me to easily check it, or there is a way for me to create a workflow that will notify me every time they do not create a new Task after completing the old Task. I have been chatting with Hubspot support about these issues, and obviously, Hubspot doesn't offer features like this right now. Some of the teams I have worked with in the past have expressed an interest in consolidating all their communication (internal and with clients/customers) to Hubspot. This would be in a way that allows them to not even open other tools such as their gmail account.     Although the current Gmail to Hubspot integration allows for that communication to be linked, there is no way of notifying a team member that they have received an email within Hubspot. They may receive a Gmail notification, but they would have to search for the contact name and find the correct email in Hubspot to respond.    It would be nice if the Gmail to Hubspot integration included a feature that created a task when new emails came in and assigned that task to the teammate responsible. This would allow all the email communication to remain in Hubspot, create reliable notifications, and create a system of tasks that holds everyone accountable.    Ben ...read more

The custom token function is very useful when initiating workflows.    Expanding this tool in two ways would be very useful.    Bring this functionality to normal templates, not just those used as part of a sequence. At the moment it just shows in it's place '[[ MISSING PLACEHOLDER - ACTS ]]' Allow us to choose to include or delete phrases.  to give this point context, when we send out quote emails to customers, in order to better personalise the quotes, we want to include certain phrases depending on the situation. Hi there,   We started using the new beta for products, bringing customizable columns in product view and new amounts/margins displayed on top of it. Problem is, a lot of these number are useless for us and make it heavy to read. We sell deal once so there is no need for us to see frequency/reccurency margins (ACV/ARR/MRR). We just need to see TCV and Margin. For exemple, we would ideally like to create a custom field called "Margin per person", which is the Margin divided by a deal's custom property.
