rather than saying "Bonnie is a member of 1 list" would it not be better if it showed what list(s)?  e.g. "Bonnie is a member of xyz list" OR "...is a member of abc, xyz lists"   Seems silly I have to click on "manage list membership" when all I need to see what list or lists someone is on. ... Add the ability to group titles together for faster filtering of lists. For example, I am often filtering lists to pull "CEO", "CFO", "CTO", "Controller", etc. If I could group them and give it a title like "C-Suite" that would be super helpful. That way when I go to the list filter I can just click "C-Suite" and it will pull the titles I assigned to the group. Interested in an option to remove helpful hints within the drag and drop builder, like the screenshot. Seems this feature was recently added as of this writing. However, prior to these hints, it was already a clean visual of the final product before going to preview. Currently, we have our workflows set up so if a lead was to fill in a 'contact us' form or 'demo request' it gets assigned to a particular Sales rep with a personalized email and an option to book in a time with their calendar. Now we have acquired a company in the USA we would like to assign any lead filling in the same forms outside of UK working hours to be assigned to our USA rep (so all the time outside 9-6 pm GMT) so the email and calendar can be personalised from the USA rep. Also, it benefits the lead being picked in a more timely fashion outside of the UK working hours instead of having to wait until the morning. Is this something that can be achieved? I know you can set the forms dependent on the date, but can we go even more granular based on the time of day? As the information seems to be there as the time and date of a form submission on the contact's timeline. Would appreciate any feedback.      ... Exibir mais
