Hi, previously, when emailing a customer/ prospect from within Hubspot when I pasted a link it would auto recognise that as a link and I could easy hyperlink if needed. Now however, in the past 4 weeks or so this is not the case. When I enter a link 1. it does not auto create a link, it shows as text and 2. when I click the button to hyperlink it puts the link in the 'text' box as opposed to the 'URL' field - it's turning a 2 click job into 6-7-8 clicks   Can we revert back/ correct these errors, please?? ... Hi there.    It would be good to be able to build a report that can analyse the value of new clients. So, for example, the report would include any companies who have had their first closed deal made against them within the last X days. It would be great to be able to use Hubspot personas in live chat. This would be especially useful in start ups and small companies where people often wear several hats. When looking to select a template while sending an email, there should also be an "add template" button in the same view to quickly create a new template.   Without that button, I have to open a new tab, navigate to conversations, select template, select new.
